- What I like about the college is my classmate some of my teachers, most probably the tea stall in front of my college.
- Structure is good the lab will maintain with good quality equipments
Dislikes
- Speculty is less knowledgeable with mode of the book is knowledge but legs in practical knowledge cannot explain a simple things simply but they can explain it with more complexity that any student can't understand
- Faculties corrupted award PPO principal and some other teachers in jail for looting the students money and doing other suspicious activities with the college funds.
Remarks :
There is several factors to choose these college first of all it is situated in the main township where the transportation is very good so students can easily go to the railway station plus the PGS and hostels are very affordable at this place third the colleges provide a bitter quotes curriculum than other colleges in a la ce fee structure good and also they tried very hard that every student can get a placement to a company.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is up to date it and with that also we have a program called Moocs which ensures that the students should learn the industry needed courses throughout the 4 years of engineering and also we have MAR called as mandatory activity which involves different kinds of activities like like participating in a debate or any type of cultural phase tree plantation yoga any type of district or National level sports or any music competition photography blood donation and many other activities which give you a point that make you qualified for your Semester result.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes I have opted for an internship but that isn't given by my college I have to find it on my own. So this is the problem with my college there are good department like CSE and ECE department features are very helpful about their internship they are placement programs but the electrical department legs all these qualities and I can say the electrical department is the worst department the college Dubai the faculties are the worst most probably the physics teachers we are given in the first semester and 2nd semester they are the worst teacher I have seen in my life. The most egoisty characterless and unbearable.
Placement Experience :
Ameen my fourth year and my department or the electrical department hasn't conducted any types of iron is program or internship programs to error the students so there are no opportunities for internships if you can earn from anywhere you can earn an internship by your own then that will be great but from the college there is no help is provided.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure is different throughout the semesters but it is very from 36000 to 42000 for 4 year course and the total amount is 3 lakhs and 20000 rupees. The college doesn't provide any types of scholarship but if you course 60% or more than that in your early exam then you can get a 60000 rupees is Svmcm scholarship given by the government. The fee structure is little different for the computer science and the ECE department where the fee structure for the electrical mechanical and civil is different. The CSE and ECE department fees is much higher close to 3 lakh 60 or 70000 rupees for 4 year of engineering degree. The caution fees is 10000 rupees which will be returned after completing graduation and buy giving the fees book to the college the students can avail the 10000 rupees
Campus Life :
Campus life is average no sports playground is there very tough conditions for the students to have a wonderful campus life the teachers makes this place claustrophobic. many other students will agree with me the campus life is not that much good here and the faculty have some ego issues but there are good teachers also who are helpful but most of the cases you will get teachers who are not that much knowledgeable or supportive.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
