A honest and transparent review from a student

What I Liked

The college which was settled in middle of fields
The designing of college and it's infrastructure

What I didn’t like

Food in college mess and privacy to students
Canteen facility was worst we not even able to buy ordinary baker items

Placement Experience:

As the college saying there were no such placements and as far as i know that not even companies are coming and willing to take students from here and few as per few seniors opinion they have a bunch of opportunities for internships but not for placements

Remarks:

Public talk about college which was it was perfect college in nearby with quality education but all those were actually fake as we all know farer mountains are smoother actually the college was completely shit

Vvit - Experience

Placement Experience:

When I joined this college the placements are great and right now they are a bit down compared to that time. This year cognizant-80 students, infosys - 88 students , paltech - 5students , lotus microwave - 18 students.

Remarks:

My eamcet rank is 16k , through this I applied to various colleges in CSE and ECE department and I got seat in ECE department . I could have secured a seat in IT as well and the placements of this college is pretty great around that time.

My college life experience.

What I Liked

Social networking in the college is great which i like the most, and most of the faculty encourages towards co-cirrcular activites.
Exam pattern conducted by the exam cell is one of the best thing I liked the most.

What I didn’t like

The diminished infrastructure makes you feel like living in a fast paced day.
The most of the students disliking the travel facility provided by the college where seats are not enough to students.

Placement Experience:

Our TPC provides placements at good companies with decent packages including core companies of other branches along with software companies. Good amount of internships are available for our batch(2025). Companies like cognizant, accenture, effectronics, and many more are still have to come. Average package is 4.45LPA and highest package is 44LPA. My plans after getting degree is to do PhD.

Remarks:

Good aspects : - Good ambience with neat classrooms - Wonderful Labs - Understandable curriculum - Movie promotions - Festival events - NCC - NSS - Sports Bad aspects : - Playgrounds - Canteen - Diminished infrastructure - Far from main city The admission process is simple. An entry level e-exam called EAMCET is required and college selection is based on rank based. And the cut-off range is from 3000-15000 based on branches chosen. The 12 class or Intermediate syllabus is enough with strong knowledge to crack the exam with higher rank.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum aligns with industry needs. Good teaching. Faculty are encouraging and supportive. Exams are conducted as per schedule. Faculty are well qualified to teach latest technologies also..

Remarks:

This college has good reputation. As I am from APEAMCET I gone through counselling process and so I have no exams such kind of things for admission. Good education and good facilities provided throughout my education there.

Life of a btech student

What I Liked

I like campus infrastructure. It seems to be so good and clean.
I like the food that clg provide,which is so delicious.

What I didn’t like

The 1st thing I don't like is about clg rules,that every boy and must be behave as they don't know each other.freedom is not available
2nd thing is about faculty,the teachers who are taking our classes are not serious about our education,they use to skip the classes.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are not as good as the people are getting.i seems to be only 10% people are getting jobs . But now it is started increasing year by year . And many companies are approaching your college for freshers

Remarks:

When I was in 12th class i wrote an government entrance exam . And I have scored well in that exam . So government have gave me the this college according to the score I got in the exam. That's why I have choose this college

A neat review on VVIT college

What I Liked

I like the campus neatness and is litter free
Faculty does help in academics. They suggest refer books or they can explain it in their free time
Our college was top quality and I like it genuniely
We have bus mode of transportation atleast .
Many fest and events are conducted by different branches .
Cinemas promotions happens very frequently

What I didn’t like

The college very strict in rules and regulations.
Uniform and shoes id card is compulsory.
Otherwise fine will be charge of 50 rupees
Students are not allowed to bring and use of mobile phones
Students cannot use personal transportation

Placement Experience:

As I said there is a placement cell which invites to companies to get the students for hiring.Students are shortlisted tests and eligible percentage .The interviews are conducted .by hiring company people

Remarks:

I have an interest in cyber security so I chose this branch CIC in our college.i got seat through AP eapcet counseling .there is no seperate entrance exam for vvit college.Although people join colleges by paying donation the seat.

VVIT college review

What I Liked

I like infrastructure of the college it was very good
I like the faculty and the way of teaching they do

What I didn’t like

It was too far away from the main town to
Transport modes except college transport other public transports are low

Placement Experience:

The eligibility of placements start from your 4th year or from the endings of the 3rd year you are able to attend for placements various companies like Accenture visit college and provide on campus placements every year

Remarks:

There are many factors that made me to choose this college they are good learning environment, studies are good qualified teachers professors and Assistant professors gives you best learning experience

About the best college in Guntur

What I Liked

The college classrooms are very hygienic and clean
Our seniors behave very politely with their juniors

What I didn’t like

The hostel facilities are not every good.
The rules are very strict.We have to wear uniform and shoes daily

Placement Experience:

The placements are very nice in our college.The eligibility criteria for placement is not have a backlogs in your 4 years course.The mostly recruited companies are TCS, wipro etc.There are more than 60 percentage of students get placed in our college

Remarks:

I choose this VVIT college because of my friends. First I got rank 20000 in eamcet exam.From that rank I choose this college as my first priority then I got this college. The college is very nice with students and faculties. But the hostel is not very good.

My Experience

What I Liked

The infrastructure and friendly environment around the college is very beautiful. The computer labs like google code labs, and computer labs are very useful for students.
Encouraging students to participate in different extra curricular activities like hackathons, competitions, project expo, clubs and fests. the faculty is collabrated with students and helps them to improve the students knowledge.

What I didn’t like

The network signals in college is less. we can't access internet the thorugh the college is constructed far away from the namburu.
The college transportation for college is not good. The college is far away from the village. If want to go college without college bus we must have individual transport.

Placement Experience:

Some companies will shortlist students based on their performance in their semester. The overall cgpa must be above 80% for some companies and other companies criteria are above 75%. The companies like tcs, wipro, accenture, amazon, companies are visits the college every year to hire new students. The highest package provided by the amazon company is 18lpa and the average salary package is 7lpa. My plan after btech is to get into an mtech or get a job provided by college placements. the companies offers profiles like associate software engineer, software development engineer etc. roles are offered by various companies.

Remarks:

There is no such things like group discussion or personal interview while taking into the college. There is two types of intakes every year convener quota and management quota. The convener quota seats are based on the cut-off their eamcet and what branch they selected. I got an rank of 20324 I have applied different colleges but I expected that VVIT is going to be college because of the rank i got in the eamcet. The total intake every is almost nearer to 1500+. There are different allied branches for computer science students.
