The placement and job opportunities are not very good in my university. The few visited recruiters are nestle,wipro,John degree,yes bank and may more. The highest package was 20 lpa for btech department The highest placement for all department is 70 lakh from agriculture department.

the placements are available only for hindi speaking individuals as extension workers and they are selected by campus interviews and a cpga of 7 or above and other option is apply for MSc or prepare for upsc

Placement is given to the student who score good in every semester, no backlog. Came came here for placement every year for the placement. According to the university high package that student has received was 72 lakhs. Average package is 3 to 7 lakhs given.

Placements rarely occur in our course. Most of the students choose to go for higher studies so that they can grab a bigger package. Eligibility criteria vary according to companies. Some companies want higher CGPA. The highest package given was 6 lakh per Annum. And the lowest was 2.6 lakh per annum. Only 2-5% of students get placed. My plan is to for a master's and P.hd after my graduation.

Guru Kashi University has 200+ Industry Tie-ups for Internships and Placements. Usually, the Industry sought partnerships with universities to train future employees and to create a backup. We have an interdependent research relationship with Industries to enable both entities to sustain growth in their areas. We organize various workshops, guest lectures, and Industrial visits to train both students and faculties.

The university also provides placements. The student of Guru Kashi University will get their job if they have good merit. Here many students are willing to go to Canada the university is tied up the Canadian colleges. And many of my seniors were doing their jobs right now.
