Eligibility Criteria: 

• Candidates are eligible for the M.Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics program if they hold a B.Tech degree in Radio Physics & Electronics from CU, a B.Tech degree in Information Technology from CU, a B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication Engineering from any recognized university, or an M.Sc. degree in Electronics Science with a valid GATE score in EC for both CU and non-CU candidates.
• Non-CU applicants should have secured at least 60% marks in their B.Tech level and a valid GATE score in the relevant subject. Admission for CU current-year students in Radiophysics & Electronics and Information Technology is based on an Entrance Test followed by an Interview, while GATE-qualified valid scores are not mandatory for CU B.Tech. students.

Application Fee: The application Fee is Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four hundred) for the General & other categories of candidates and Rs.200/- (Rupees two hundred) for the SC/ST/PWD category of candidates. Identity Card fee Rs.50/-. Duplicate Identity Card Fee Rs.100/- (if applicable). Duplicate Fees Book Fee Rs.50/- (if applicable). Transfer fee from one course to another course within the Technology Faculty Rs.200/-

Fees: Tuition Fee for Sponsored Candidate Except Textile Technology – Rs. 3000/- Per Month. For foreign students, the tuition fee will be $500.00 or equivalent INR per semester for all courses. All other fees will be like Indian Students.
