Many recruiters come to campus but the students are not aptly prepared for the kind of questions asked in interviews. They should prepare us the better for the real world and actual placement interview trainings.

We only get sales internship, compensation depends on sales made. We have to do 2 internships, one after 1st year and the other after second year. Not a lot of companies offer internships to us, it's mostly through personal connections we get internships.
