Average College Life ????

What I Liked

Campus is average not very crowded and environment is good.
College location is at a good place, one can easily get bus or private cars from near college.

What I didn’t like

As being a female cleanliness of washroom is very important but college girls washrooms are not very well maintained.
College do have a canteen but not varities of food available. A student cannot have rich food everyday it is not good for health.

Placement Experience:

There are no placement offers given by college. Most of the students go for higher studies like MBA or Mcom. My plan is to go for higher studies. I haven't contacted with our seniors so I don't specifically know what they are currently doing.

Internships Opportunities:

I haven't got any internship till now. Our college don't provide any internship or also I didn't try to do any internship of my own. I'm just currently focusing on my studies that's all. Maybe I'll go for any internship in my upcoming third year and also discuss with college faculty.

College Review for Sivanath Sastri college

What I Liked

The campus is located in the heart of the city. Garihat so you will always find fun stuffs to do.
The faculty is also very good and helpful

What I didn’t like

During my time the infrastructure was old.
Placement could have been better . Package is really low

Placement Experience:

There are placement opportunities for B.com students from TCS mainly. Although few other companies give offers too that is mainly BPO kind of jobs. Sometimes NGOs like Global Links also have a tie-up they provide unpaid internships and then if you get selected you might be hired as well.

Internships Opportunities:

At the end of the 6th sem, you get a project of your choice to work on. Also, Global Links does provide unpaid internships to the students. I was also a part of Global Links where I did attend some American Conferences and helped some business woman with social media marketing

The best college in S peouth Kolkata

What I Liked

College campus and infrastructure was good
Faculties were well behaved and friendly

What I didn’t like

Canteen area is so small as many students have to wait
There is no other dislike about the college

Placement Experience:

This college ensures placement and job opportunities during and after the course. Every student was eligible for placement. Some placement-giving companies are Wipro, TCS, Mahindra Tech, and many more With an average starting annual package of 6-7 lakh 70% of students get placement

What I Liked

The college has a small playground at the back where we can play The college has a small portion of greenary.
1.Classroom are big 2.big benches and the branches are fine

What I didn’t like

Washroom are not clean Classroom are not clean
Fan in the class are very dirty Boad are very dirty. Students sitting at back can't see any thing written in the black boad

Placement Experience:

I am in 6 th sem we recently had our campassing in . TCS came . We had a session where we were made understand about the job for which we are required to be hired for, where we are made to understand the timming of job , type of job and etc about the job. And we are required to give a test for getting the job

Internships Opportunities:

I haven't opted for any kind of internship. But I heard some of my friends were given the an opportunity by the college for internship. It was a call center job. It is mostly a non stripen job . Only you will get a certificate for that internship.
