The campus of JDBI is just amazing with all air conditioned classrooms , projectors installed in each class , many social groups are also organised and a library with reference to each and everything. The college organises an annual function every year in the month of December. Just the college lacks in the field of sports as the college has near to zero sports activities.
Read Full ReviewI have stayed for a year in a PG which was just 10 minutes away from the college campus. The rent was 15000 per month, so the accomodation and fooding was just right enough to live a healthy life because the menu was decided by the students living in the pg itself. The locality was Bhawanipur.
There is no social life at this college, if you can make friends then only you can have a social life outside college but there are no steps taken by the college for social interaction. Neither there's a sports ground, nor a recreational area. Only one group is there- NSS( National Service Scheme) which is active only when the head teacher feels like. The student have no role.

We have an Annual fest called the Invictus which takes place during April. The Library has online and offline access and provides all books required during the curriculum. The classrooms are air-conditioned and have smart boards. We have annual sports and participate in various sporting events conducted by other colleges. The campus however is really small and there is little social life inside the college campus.
Read Full ReviewInvictus is the name of the fest. And is conducted usually in April/M. There is a large LRC(Learning resource centre) or a library for students from where books and journals can be borrowed. Classrooms are provided with acs and projectors for better learning. The campus is also equipped with basketball and volleyball courts. There are many groups or clubs which you can be a part of. There are no hostel facilities there is an average canteen available.
Read Full ReviewThere's no social life or club. The infrastructure is nice, there's AC in our classrooms which is great considering the blazing heat in Kolkata during the summers. I didn't find any sports or extracurricular activities yet. I have opted for a PG not associated with JD Birla. So the PG costs me around 16,000 a month.
Read Full ReviewCampus life is average. As I’m from a different city and live a pg, it makes cost of living and doing this course a bit expensive. My pg costs 9000 just for the lodging. And the cost of fooding is seperate.
