What I Liked

The hostel campus is very good it's very beautiful you will not feel that you will live in Delhi like polluted state that's the good point of being in Acms and a part of acms
The teachers are the second best thing in this college you will love them when they taught you I taught you the basic knowledge basis kill you have to be for being a graduate

What I didn’t like

After food is good word when you eat the same food for 5 and half years it will will not be the same as the first time you have eaten the food so in my opinion the food is the thing which need to improve and its not that good of your homes .
The interactions I feel that the juniors have to interacted well with the seniors to be properly oriented about the college under rules regarding there studies there decorum their dresses their behaviour with the seniors they should be looked out

Placement Experience:

The course offers you a full 1 year paid internship. Which you have to do to complete your course and it's mandatory. They gave you 25k per month for that .It's good amount to balance your expenses.Its a great year for me I am currently doing my internship at base hospital Delhi cannt

Remarks:

I prefer this college because of the IPUKota. It will help me lot to attend my seat in pg because the most repeated colleges like Safdarjung and RML they all are the part of the IPO and you get 50% reservation for them so it will be much easier to get a seat in your PG

COLLEGE - AN EXPERIENCE

What I Liked

Extremely good college infrastructure and amenities
All faculty is extremely qualified and good at teaching

What I didn’t like

There is no good breakfast available and it is too early
There is no student union as the college comes under AWES

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because it was always my dream of becoming a doctor Most of the faculty are highly qualified Indian Armed Forces doctors, who are skilled as well as dedicated towards their profession Classes are very educative and attendance is very strict We had 2 term exams throughout the year and pre-professional and professional exams at the end

Remarks:

I had to give NEET for admission into any medical College After result declaration, there is a counselling process on NMC website which takes around 1-2 months ACMS is only for wards of Indian Army personnel, so being the daughter of an Army officer I could avail this.

Army College Of Medical Science

What I Liked

Campus is big and we have a beautiful ground located at the center of college
Faculty is well knowledgable and teaches us pretty well

What I didn’t like

Fee structure being a bit high as compared as compared to the other colleges in delhi.
For first year, there are plenty of rules to follow but in turn they help in building a good personality required in any doctor

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities are very good for our college as one can try for both im army and as a regular doctor either in the same hospital (Base Hospital) or any other one as per requirement. All students end up getting good jobs after completing their internships in the college.

Remarks:

Pros- 1. Prime location 2. Teaching is excellent 3. Air conditioning in all rooms 4. Sports facilities available 5. IP Quota for NEET PG 6. College Bus available 7. Base Hospital Near by 8. Hostel facilities available to all Cons- 1. High Fee 2. Uniform in college

Nice college

What I Liked

- hassle-free and affordable rooms and mess charges
-spacious and beautiful campus as well as hostel complex

What I didn’t like

- online classes should be made compulsory during extreme summers
-air conditioning and washing machine should be allowed in hostel

Placement Experience:

Post-mbbs students can join the army (capt) or crack neet-pg for a PG seat in the preferred branch, there are equal opportunities in private as well as in the government sector, and graduates can persuade same in the us and UK.

Remarks:

Ipu quota is the main factor for choosing this college, air conditioners and washing machine is not allowed despite having separate electric meters, admission procedures are through the ipu website, rank under 21k is a must for sure selection.

why you should do mbbs from acms

What I Liked

there is a very big infrastructure and greenery
the campus is very large and the teachers are well qualified

What I didn’t like

they should give holidays of weekends...
they shouldn't impose aetcom classes on students or make the classes more impactful.

Placement Experience:

there is an internship of one year in the base hospital. also, we can go into the army medical corps by qualifying ssb and joining as MO and after qualifying neet pg, we can do post-graduate in doctrine or surgery. where a good stipend is given in vmmc and rml hospital

Remarks:

there is an internal IPU quota for neet pg and this college is affiliated with ggsipu. we give neet and there is counselling on their website also there is an army wards quota in this college for 80 students and other are reserved categories.

Why you choose acms

What I Liked

Infrastructure is one of the best in India
Cultural activities opportunities are much more than any medical College

What I didn’t like

Connectivity with other colleges are not good
No one knows that college very well so thats bad thing

Placement Experience:

After completion of mbbs from this college you'll go for pg or opt for private setup practice or own clinic or instead of this you'll get job in private hospitals very easily earn upto 70-80 k per month and in internship you'll get 25 k in hand

Remarks:

First of all this college situated in Delhi and affiliated by IP University this is main factor to choose this college. As you all know you have to give neet ug exam ti got admission in this college on basis of merit

What I Liked

About college I love the most is facilities which they provide In our hostel there are attached bathroom I like most And in internship and final year we get single room it's great
Campus is joys full onwards from 2nd year as if you are a medical student so you able to understand why I am saying this

What I didn’t like

I dislike the staff of hostel right now There are very rustication in hostel As I think too much for college students
And also the distance between college and hostel are more than 1. Km so you need a cycle as the other vehicles are not allowed in hostel campus

Placement Experience:

As India has very less number of doctors so placement is 100 conformed As I early said we are eligible for join army directly as captain So it is a great opportunity and also after degree the students are free to go do there jobs in private hospital But mostly people like to join pg after degree

Remarks:

50 % ipu quta in pg exams And also situated in Delhi Also we are eligible for joining army after mbbs so it is a great opportunity fto become a doctor in army As per acms is a private college but the fees in the course in other private college are very high as compared to acms

The Army College of Medical Sciences

What I Liked

The college students can get any medication or any basic treatment in the Base hospital Delhi cantt which is restricted for only army persons
The hostel have separate rooms for the clubs to practice and ever have a seperate TV room with a big Smart TV

What I didn’t like

The Infrastructure of the college is bit older and needs renovation and modernisation
The Administration Block works are lazy and takes days to complete paperworks

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is NMC based and is perfectly fine, the faculty is also good, we can apply for scholarships which are released by GGSIPU, the fees is a bit high otherwise the college is overall very good

Remarks:

I chose this college because it was not so far from my hometown (my parents were so concerned and wants to meet me every weekend) and it also gives Delhi Quota in NEET PG based admission in MD The good locality of the college was also a reason
