B.Tech(ME) is a four year engineering degree course. Every year there will be two semesters therefore a total of 8 semesters in 4 years, however in 8th semester there are no theory exam papers. Each semester the college takes 2 cycle tests of 20 marks which are added to the internal marks. The internal question papers and all the teachings are always according to the curriculum. There is normally no fee hike policy and each semester the fees are 150000/- plus 25000/- IMU fees for each year. Cadets also have to pay for semester exam registration according to the IMU fees. All the faculties and workshop instructors are highly experienced and prepare the cadets excellently.

After covid pandemic, the marine industry has a significant decrease in employees which opened enormous job opportunities and employee requirements with high paid salary. As compared to other degrees BSc.Nautical Science is an interesting degree with a more job-oriented syllabus. All the faculties working here have sealife experience of more than 20 years including Captains and Chief Engineers. The way of teaching allows us to understand into core of the topic by teaching from their onboard experience. As this degree is a 3-year course, it is divided into 6 semesters with 6 term exams including practicals and other internal exams. The exams are of average level difficulty which we can crack with some hard work. The total fee is about 975000/- which will be paid per semester. The scholarship will be provided based on academic performance with an aggregate of 95% or more.

The fees of the College are more on the affordable side compared to other colleges in the marine field. Faculties of this college are excellent and well educated about their subject overall a great experience

I choose this course to become a captain. and explore the world and become independent. the faculties who was teaching as are captains ,chief engineers very high professional experienced personality .in gap of 6 months they will conduct semester exams.

This college has very good faculty who have sufficient knowledge and are well trained if you score 90 percentage in your 12th standard you will get a scholarship and a deduction from your total fees course curriculum and academics are good.

B.Sc Nautical Science is a 3-year course and by 6 semesters. The faculties in the college are quite good and we can understand the topics by their method, Especially the Captains. And the lab instructors are also good. Per year we have to pay 350000.

I chose this course because it is the only job through which we can travel all over the world. Most of the faculties are experienced captains and chief engineers who not only teach from the syllabus but also share their experiences and situations that they’ve faced onboard.

The course curriculum according to the syllabus is easy and also understandable, the exam for each semester will be conducted in the last month of semester. The exams are also easy to crack if you are an average student in your studies.

I have joined this course because it was my childhood dream and I like to travel and I like to meet different people from different countries and the course offers you to get settled at a very young age.

The faculties in the Himt college are very good and they are well trained. Most of them are Captains and Engineers. So they will have real-life experience. We have to pay an annual fee of 325000.
