JSSATE Noida Courses and Fees

JSSATE Noida runs UG and PG programmes in engineering, technology, management, and computer applications. B.Tech is the main programme, with 1,050 seats across nine specialisations. The B.Tech fee is the same for every branch at INR 4.94 Lakhs for the full course.

Among B.Tech choices, CSE, CSE (AI and ML), and Data Science draw the highest demand. Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering usually have better seat availability and lower UPTAC closing ranks than IT-linked branches.

JSSATE Noida Admission Process

JSSATE Noida admission is entrance-based for its major programmes. B.Tech uses JEE Main scores, MBA and MCA use CUET-PG scores, and M.Tech admission is based on GATE through CCMT.

B.Tech Admission

For B.Tech, 85% of seats are allotted through UPTAC state counselling. The institute fills the remaining 15% seats through the management quota. A valid JEE Main score is needed for both routes.

• Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics with at least 45% aggregate
• State quota: Students register for UPTAC, fill choices, receive seat allotment, and complete document verification
• Management quota: Students apply directly at jssaten.ac.in from May each year. Selection is based on JEE Main merit, followed by document verification at the institute

UPTAC closing ranks change by branch and counselling round. CSE and AI/ML usually need stronger JEE Main percentile scores. Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering close at lower percentile bands and may suit students with moderate JEE Main scores.

MBA and MCA Admission

MBA and MCA seats are allotted through AKTU state counselling on the basis of CUET-PG scores. Students are ranked by CUET-PG merit and then report to the institute for document verification after allotment.

• MBA eligibility: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate
• MCA eligibility: Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics at 10+2 or UG level and at least 50% aggregate

The MBA programme has 60 seats and follows the AKTU MBA counselling calendar, usually in June to July each year.

M.Tech Admission

M.Tech admission is handled through CCMT national counselling. Students need a relevant B.Tech degree with at least 60% marks and a valid GATE score. JSSATE Noida offers M.Tech in CSE, Artificial Intelligence, and Production Engineering, with 54 total seats.

JSSATE Noida Placements

The Training and Placement Cell manages JSSATE Noida placements. The highest recorded offer is INR 47 LPA, with CSE and CSE (AI and ML) students achieving this figure.

CSE, IT, and AI/ML students receive the largest number of campus offers. Mechanical, Civil, and Electrical students get roles in manufacturing, infrastructure, and power sectors. MBA and MCA students are placed in IT services, banking, and operations roles.

JSSATE Noida Rankings

JSSATE Noida appears in the NIRF Engineering 201-300 rank band for 2025. It also has a QS I-GAUGE Gold Rating and a 4.5-star rating from the Ministry of Education Innovation Cell under ARIIA.

JSSATE Noida Scholarships

Students at JSSATE Noida can apply for central and Uttar Pradesh government scholarship schemes. AICTE Pragati supports girl students in technical programmes, while the UP Post-Matric Scholarship is for eligible SC/ST/OBC/EWS students from Uttar Pradesh.

AICTE Pragati applications are handled through the AICTE portal. UP Post-Matric Scholarship applications are submitted through the National Scholarship Portal every academic year.

JSSATE Noida Campus and Infrastructure

JSSATE Noida is based in Sector-62, Noida, on a 28-acre campus in Noida’s IT and institutional belt. The campus is close to Electronic City metro station and serves more than 4,000 students, including hostellers and day scholars.

The institute provides separate hostels for boys and girls. Boys’ annual hostel fees range from INR 1,03,500 to INR 1,39,500, while girls’ hostel fees range from INR 1,02,500 to INR 1,32,500. AC and non-AC rooms are available with mess, Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, and power backup. Students also have access to cricket nets, a volleyball court, a basketball court, a gymnasium, and an on-campus medical clinic.

The central library has more than one lakh books and digital journal access. Five UG engineering branches use NBA-accredited laboratories. Research centres recognised in CSE, Mechanical Engineering, and ECE support faculty research and PG-level academic work.

JSSATE Noida vs AKGEC Ghaziabad vs GL Bajaj Greater Noida

Students choosing colleges through UPTAC often compare JSSATE Noida with AKGEC Ghaziabad and GL Bajaj Group of Institutions, Greater Noida. All three are private engineering colleges in the NCR, are affiliated with AKTU, and have NBA-accredited programmes with similar fee ranges.

AKGEC has a higher NIRF band and is linked with stronger industrial placements in the Ghaziabad manufacturing belt. JSSATE Noida has the widest PG course range among the three and better metro access from Sector-62. GL Bajaj may suit students who prefer a smaller campus in Greater Noida.
