I was not in the hostel, but limited seats are available to students residing outside a 60 km radius from the campus. Relaxations are made for marginal cases, if hostel seats are empty. Mess food isn't bad, but gets boring very quickly. Breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner are included. Seat allotment starts only after the session commencement, so students will have to arrange accommodation for the first few weeks anyhow. Rooms are triple sharing but very spacious. I'm not sure of the hostel fees, but it's definitely between INR 1-2 lakhs per annum. PG and flats are also available in surrounding Rohini areas, though safety is not very good compared to other parts of Delhi. Hostel has a strict curfew of 08:30 PM, extendable to 10:00 PM with parent/guardian's permission. Being out of the hostel building is not allowed after late night. You can find PG/flats on sharing basis for less than INR 10K per month, but only rent, without food, housekeeping, bills, etc.
The college is primarily academically inclined, but fests do happen (April/May); just not at the level of a typical North or South Campus DU college. Library is extensive, both digital and offline. However, faculty-recommended textbooks get issued very fast. Classrooms are world-class, as the campus was recently constructed (in use since 2017; other DU colleges had their campuses built decades ago). Each classroom has podium, projector, modern furniture, AC, etc. Seminar halls are also there separately with a higher seating capacity compared to classrooms. Sports and ECA lags behind compared to a typical Delhi college; like mentioned, the institute is academics-focused. But they do have admissions through Sports and ECA quota. There are 40+ student societies: academic, cultural, social service and administrative. All have their own independent activities, social media, events, and more.

The campus life is not so great, since it has one of the best infrastructure in entire DU buy it is situated far from main campus and still a small campus with 5 acres of area , there are a lot of societies in college but they are more academic then cultural , social life is not so excellent. Fest is conducted in the month of March . The library is best in entire DU. Sports and other extracurriculars are not considered much by management.

Small campus off campus college relatively quiet area. Quite good and unique infrastructure. Annual fest is crescendo apart from that many events and small fests are organised throughout the year. Good social life due to societies

Its a 3 day event consisting of DJ Night, Prom Night and artist event
Read Full ReviewThe campus life is not that great as the location of the campus is far away form north-campus and it doesn't feel like a Delhi university college.
Read Full ReviewMy friend did opt for a hostel, The Food is average. Rooms are air-conditioned. 3 people share rooms. If you live more than 200km away from college then you can apply for college and after another year you have to secure than 8 cgpa to reapply for a hostel. Hostels are way cheaper than flats with ambient facilities.
No campus life as this is an off-campus college, every student Is a snake but you have to find one loyal buddy and thanks to God I found 3 people. The name of the fest is Crescendo and it happens in April. The library is very good and people go to college to study in the library. Cricket leagues, Table tennis, and Football competitions are held every year.
Read Full ReviewThe fest of SSCBS is Crescendo and it is held in April or May. It also involves prom night. The college is fully air-conditioned with a good infrastructure. The seats in the classrooms are not like school seats of wood rather they are professional. There are 4 lifts for students and 2 for teachers. The college lacks enthusiasm for sports. Though there is a sports society it is not very prominent in SSCBS. However, SSCBS has a very good social culture with almost 50+ societies in the areas of consulting, finance, environment, social etc. There is also a great culture to participate in national and international level Case Competitions conducted by various colleges and even corporations. This gives great exposure to students. The food quality and the prices of food at the canteen are average. The choices are limited but some of the items are good. There is also a kiosk of Nescafe and Amul.
Read Full ReviewSo coming to the fest part, yes our college organizes various fest and events for the students over here which are quite fun namely VITI The Diwali fest, Garbha Nights, and Crescendo the annual fest of SSCBS. Viti is organized before the Diwali period, Garbha nights at the end of Navratri and crescendo in March or April. Our college has a lot of societies that conduct various events, competitions, etc. As well as organizing sessions, doing life projects and field visits as well.
Read Full ReviewHonestly, people in SSCBS are very academically inclined. There are more than 35+ societies in my college that are academic. Overall there are more than 50+ societies in my college. The other societies are culturally inclined or they serve other purposes. The annual cultural fest of our college is Crescendo which is usually held in April or May every year. The library of my college is one of the most prominent libraries in the whole of Delhi University. SSCBS is active in sports as well. Many students are admitted to college through sports quota. Apart from that, we have the annual football league and CBS cricket league. I was not in the hostel so I've very little idea about the hostel amenities. The canteen where the hostel students ate didn't serve some outstanding food. The quality of the food was very moderate but the hygiene and the seating facilities were adequate.
