Course Curriculum Overview:

Journalism degree provides you much more knowledge about the different fields as well as the different editing and views of different projects there are a lot to learn about journalism will learn about advertising PR radio broadcasting newspaper editing newspaper writing as well as the social media platform Faculty member of my college are not that great and not that professional they treat student as who is more valuable and who is more affordable the faculty is not that professional but our exams are so strict and very professional they follow the guidelines of the Delhi University

Remarks:

if i describe about my college to be honest and I got this college by CUET Exam score and to be honest in journalism this is all about practical learning rather than the subjective and theoretical part journalism is subject where you learn about photography film making writing blog newspaper editing and different digital platform value there is no interview or written test as if they just select you depend on your CUET score

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very good because its basically very technical and professional because it is very field related you are directly indulged into an industrial field profession..you gain knowledge in a professional way..Curriculum is not very tough if you study consistently.. The faculty is also good they are very helpful

Placement Experience:

Placements are given but they does not give a high package they offer around 5lpa its the maximum amount i have heard from my seniors but one should focus on further studies as a bachelors degree is not enough for a better employment plan

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course included interesting subjects as well as some that students thought were worthless for a journalism student. Photography, Cinema Studies, Radio Production etc. were very helpful but on the other hand, courses like Environmental Studies were just not worthwhile. The faculty was good. All the teachers were understanding and encouraging. Although the staff was changed in early 2024 (after my graduation), I’m not sure about the current staff. Exams were conducted properly. Unless some emergency, the datasheet was thoroughly followed. There are scholarships available, but I’m not too sure about the details. Please ask the admin office or your HOD for exact information or contact the DU Helpdesk.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell does bring in companies, but it would be better if you start looking for places where you might want to work considering the area, timings and environment. The workload is very very easily manageable, and it’s okay even if you work full time. Just be on time with submissions and exams and you are good.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose my course because it has alot of fields and options for my master's which is a very big positive point for me. The faculty are very helpful and frank and the teachers also. We have an exam every semester! Like in one year, we have 2 semesters. In my first year, I paid around 32k, and in my second I paid around 24k. I don't know about 3rd year now.

Placement Experience:

I don't know about placement and job opportunities from the college side yet..but they do have a placement cell that is actively working for internships. but you can easily get a job if you have relevant skills.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I have an interest in food and Nutrition and also it was new to me, though it's scope in India is not much. Most of our faculty are PhD holders and are hardworking. Exams and tests were all on time and it wasn't so difficult.

Placement Experience:

This is the drawback of my college, they didn't provide any internships to us. We used to work for our internships with no help from the college side. Or even in providing LOR, they were behaving annoyingly.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose food technology for its growing scope and because it seemed interesting to learn. The faculty are extremely qualified with PhD and most of them teach well with good insights. The majority of the teaching is through the lecture method while the rest is demonstrated or learned hands-on during practicals in the lab. Exams are held at the end of each semester and they are fairly easy if one does the PYQs thoroughly. The YEARLY fee is between 30,000-40,000. Many freeship and scholarship schemes are available as per DU policies. The college regularly updates the students about the same.

Placement Experience:

Placements are sparse and on-campus placements are limited to home science courses. No information is available for the packages offered. Students are encouraged to go for a master's instead of gaining work experience. I too am looking forward to a master's degree in food technology or packaging after graduation.
