RLAC Do provide internships to the students like of Bcom. And computer science but I have no idea about it being a history student. I have seen Companies coming to college and selecting the best candidate they need
The teaching staff of RLAC history is highly qualified, making it one of the best faculty across all delhi university. The teachers like Prof. Prateek, Prof. Rakesh ( known for his book publication on History) and Prof Shachi, Prof. Rajiv, Prof. Narendra pandey, etc. I was selected on the basis of PMSSS and had to only provide my yearly rent agreements and police verification to college.

CUET is conducted by NTA (National Testing Agency) in multiple subjects. Choose the subjects as per your desired BA specialization. The exam includes Language, Domain-Specific Subjects, and a General Test (if applicable).

there is a written test for entrance in delhi university named as CUET UG and based on the scores of CUET out of 800, preferences were opted in CSAS Portal and selection based on those preferences occured wherein i got BA Prog in Ram Lal Anand College and i freezed it as my choice of college and course.
Read Full ReviewI love studying History and Political Science and thus BA program suited best for me. maximum Faculty is Alumni of JNU and PhD in their specified Fields. We have classrooms equipped with smartboards wherein teachers teach through PPTs , assignment and group presentations are taken on the smartboards. Examination take place at a gap of 6 months and difficulty level is moderate.
I liked the studious environment of Ram Lal Anand college and I wanted to be in a south Campus College thus I chose the college. A written Test for admission named CUET UG was conducted by NTA but no GD or interviews took place, after scoring Marks in CUET UG out of 800, CSAS portal was applied under which preferences were chosen and based on the preferences, college and course were alloted.
Read Full ReviewI wanted to pursue Microbiology Hons since class 12th as I was told by my biology faculty at school that it's the best course for biology students and has a lot of scope even in India. It's a unique and a new course wherein we'll be learning a lot about our micro world which govern the entire world. All our faculty at the department are highly Capable and Qualified, one of them completed her PhD from the University of Manchester,others are also alumni of other recognised and renowned institutions in India and abroad. The teaching method is quite interesting and good as we have digital boards where PPTs are shown to us and explained a way Amusing to us. Group presentations, assignments are taken which are quite fun for us. Semester end exam happen at a duration of 6 month gap and they are quite timely. Difficulty level is moderate and each student would be able to answer questions if gone through the syllabus.
The admission in this college was completed based on my CUET UG score which was 549/800. I choosed this course and college and freezed it immediately upon getting it since it's the best college offering this particular course. I didn't face any GD or interviews while getting admission in the college but yes I had to undergo the entire procedure of CUET UG and CSAS Portal for selection process where it was necessary to score in the written exam.

The maine reason for the college was the prestigious name of the delhi university Other than this, the college has a lot pf courses to offer with a lix crowd from versatile backgrounds The college campus is fun and big as well as it lies in the main south campus with motilal nehru college and Aryabhatta college on either aide of it The admissions arw done through weitten tests on cuet exams and no gds or interviews are taken for admissions
Read Full ReviewI chose microbiology because i have intrest in it . Almost al faculties are PHD holders and they have a nice way of teaching but yes also boring sometimes. Exams are held at an interval of 20-25 days called as tests and finals are after 4-5 months
Admission process was simple and smooth, to get addmission i cleared the competitive exam called as CUET and on the basis of cut off the admission are done. On the basis of 12th class syllabus we needed to prepare of cuet exam.

First of all appear in your 12th board exams and then CUET, your CUET score and preferences will decide the course and college. dont mess up your preference sheet and fill it very carefully. it decides your college

I had given CUET exam in which the cut-off for this college was around 550 for general 400 for OBC in my course. there was no interview process there. I selected this college at no.5 in my preference list. as there are only 10 colleges in Delhi university which offers this course.

I'm more bent on pursuing research then job so I don't have much information about placements But as from my seniors and other companions i think rla doesn't have recruiters as such
I chose this college because it's the only on campus co-ed college in DU that provides BSc(H) Microbiology I got into RLAC,DU through CUET The cut-off was around 420/600 in cuet 2024 for bsc microbio Pros There aren't any ragging the college has a very positive environment Cons the college lacks infrastructure Microbiology labs has all the necessary equipments but they r smaller in size
