The course is very good, I'm very happy with it. The faculty is very good. they're approachable and always help out. Most of them are not the best teachers but they are very kind and helpful regardless.
There are a lot of good and bad aspects. The admsission process was the CUET exam and then a preference list out of which we were given allotments. Also known as the CSAS system in UoD. The ccut off for certain courses and certain college does go very high.
Read Full ReviewI choose B.com Hons because I want to explore fields like accounting, Finance related and many more. Faculties is top notch in this college for this course. This college provides courses for. bA , Bcom , Bvoc, As well as science field also.
There are placement cell where students from different departments placed at many companies But if no campus placement Happen then its best to do some professionals courses to get placed at big companies.
Read Full ReviewThe Political Science Honours program at Ramanujan College offers a well-structured curriculum that provides a deep understanding of political theories, governance, international relations, and contemporary issues. The academic framework is designed to encourage critical thinking and analytical skills, preparing students for various career paths in public administration, law, research, and policymaking. One of the highlights of the program is the faculty at Ramanujan College. The professors are highly experienced and dedicated, going beyond regular lectures to ensure students grasp complex concepts effectively. They actively engage in interactive discussions, research guidance, and mentorship, making extra efforts to support students academically and professionally.
One of the major factors I chose this college was the faculty, I heard about this college from my friends and seniors. The infrastructure is very good the campus is certainly not very big if compared to other colleges from university of delhi but the building and cleaning is very good. I taken the common university entrance test ( CUET ) for admission in this college and I got 660/800 . I prepared by self studying for cuet and the cut off for this college in political science honours is near 600/800.
Read Full ReviewFaculty here are qualified but not everyone seems a great teacher because of their way of teaching they seem uninterested in teaching and doesn't explain topics very deeply, but some teachers are very good at their field and explain the topics very professionally and personality is also great.
Eligibility criteria is not set students can appear in it and get placement on their skills. students should be in final semester to be in placements. Few companies are Zomato , Hack2skill , Mr. moustache and many more. Highest package was made to a CSE student which was 36 LPA approx. , and the average is around 4-6LPA . There is no clear percentage of students getting placements because many don't opt for it . My plans after completing degree is to work in finance industry.
Read Full ReviewMy course curriculum is good, teachers take two test every semester and use one of them in which students got good marks for the internal assessment of the student. And as they are so friendly, they motivate us for sports too.
There are no such criteria for a placement or any internship, it's on you if you can crack the eligibility of per company what they required, then you can get that job or internship easily. I also have an internship from my college itself.
Read Full ReviewThis course is very new in india and has good opportunities in india as well as in foreign. Very less students know about this cours, slowly it's becoming famous. This course opens many gates for the students in the field of studying and analysing data.
Placements are average in our college and depends on the year. Some visited recruiters are WIPRO and Infosys. Highest package was 20 lpa and average is 8-9 lpa. My plan after getting the degree is to pursue Masters in the same course
Read Full ReviewFaculties are nice for explaining things, however some of the time, it could be possible that you have to hunt the resources by yourself. The course structure is nice and elaborated. I chose psychology because I love this subject and this college has good connections as well as faculty for psychology. Exams are conducted every 6 months i.e. semester wise. Internal exams and practical are conducted accordingly.
The placement is nice but don't expect much. To sit in placement you need to atleast have 7 sgpa per semester. Highest package was 7 LPA. 40 percent students got placed last year. If you have good skills for your resume, you're good to go
Read Full ReviewThe course curriculum was well structured I must say.The faculties were all well qualified, PhD holders of course, most of them graduated from JNU or DU itself. Mostly all the teachers took their lectures and completed the relevant topics of the syllabus. I liked most of the teachers especially the psychology ones. They are interactive, helpful and approachable to discuss things both inside and outside courses such as giving advice for future prospects. But exceptions are always there. The exams were held at the end of each semester, apart from that teachers used to take presentations, tests, research papers, assignments for the 20 marks which were in their hands. 5 marks were for attendance which we have to maintain throughout the semester.
Honestly I have no idea about placements. I mean I want to prepare for competition exam after graduation so I never paid much attention to that. But we used to get so much companies in our college. There was a dedicated placement cell to look upon placement processes and opportunities for students and many students got placed too.
Read Full ReviewThe course curriculum is as good as any other delhi university college. The faculty of my college are well qualified with most of the professors having a phd degree in their respected subjects. The teaching methods however are not appropriate as most of the teachers just teach for the sake of teaching and not really try to penetrate a students mind. i however feel that this is the case in every other college, but the same goes for ours too.
No campus placement has been offered yet since i am a 1st semester bcom student. However i might eventually land over an internship which would pay around 18k per month. after completing the course i plan on doing an mba degree. the average package after completing this course is around 40k per month and the highest is 1.2lakh per month.
Read Full ReviewThe teachers are young and highly qualified. They are interesting and very friendly. They’ll understand you as a friend. Academics wise ramanujan is great but the teachers tend to take a lot of holidays.
Our college does provide olacement opportunities for which yiu yourself have to go forward for. But its always necessary to do your own research and do internships on your own timely and not depend on college.
