PTE Speaking Question Types

PTE Speaking and Writing section consists of seven different types of questions. PTE academic exam speaking questions evaluate a candidate’s speaking ability in different contexts. Personal Introduction PTE

Candidates have the chance to introduce themself to the institution in this ungraded item. Candidates have 25 seconds to be ready before starting to record. Start speaking after the tone. • If a candidate notices a candidate’s error, keep talking without stopping.
• Practice with various tongue twisters every day till the exam day starting on the first day of preparation.

• Simply begin speaking after the clip ends because there is no beep to signal the end.
• Focus on the keywords and repeat them if candidates are unable to remember the entire statement.

• Take note of the keywords; they can aid in a candidate's comprehension of the topic's context.
• Candidates can use titles instead of entire names, such as "Dr. Says" or "The Professor Mentions," among others.
• Take note of the top 3-5 sentences. They ought to be sufficient to recount the lecture.
