PTE exam registration can be done via the official PTE website by creating an account. PTE registration is applicable for both PTE Academic exam and the PTE General exam. You can complete the registration 24 hours before the exam. Once the registration is complete, you can book the test date and test centers nearby. You need to login via the Pearson account and select the appropriate date for PTE online registration.

The PTE registration fees is INR 15,900 which is inclusive of 18% tax. For PTE UKVI, the registration fees are the same. However, for PTE Home, the fee is INR 13,500. Once you have registered, you can select the test date and the test center as per your choice. The PTE results can be checked within 48 hours on the official Pearson website.

PTE Exam Registration Process

The PTE academic test registration and registration for PTE general and UKVI begins with creating an account. You then need to give the personal details, check the PTE exam date availability and exam center. Once you have selected and registered all the details correctly, you need to pay the PTE registration fees. Once all the steps are completed, you have successfully completed the PTE test registration.

Step 1: Open the Pearson Official website. Then create a web account and select the exam.

Step 2: Enter the personal details exactly as in your passport. Be careful while entering the personal details. Any mistakes can cause further delays.

Step 3: Read the PTE policies and agree to it for PTE test registration.

Step 4: Once the PTE date registration is done, the “Proceed to checkout” option will appear on the screen. This page shows the selected test, date, time, and location for booking the test. Sign in to the account and select the PTE test dates that you want.

Step 5: Review the details of the PTE exam process one final time and move to the payments page. Make the payment for PTE exam registration fees.

You can take a printout of the acknowledgement receipt after making the payment and completing PTE exam online registration. You will also have access to the same on their Pearson account dashboard.

PTE Exam Eligibility

Before you can register for PTE exam, you need to know if you are eligible for the PTE exam process. There are few eligibility criteria described by Pearson. The PTE eligibility are as follows:

• Age Restriction: The minimum age limit for PTE Registration is 16 years. If you are above 16 but below 18, you will require parental consent.
• Academic Qualification: There is no minimum qualification. Usually students who are willing to study undergraduate or postgraduate level courses apply for PTE.
• Maximum Attempts: There is no maximum number of attempts, but a 5-day gap between two tests is necessary.

Documents Required for PTE Registration

You need to provide an identification document to sit for PTE Exam. The document should have the same details that were used while registering for PTE. The documents required are:

PTE Registration Fees Payment

PTE registration fees are INR 15,900 and 13,500 for PTE home. You will receive an email confirmation with the exam date, time and center within 48 hours of the payment. However, if you cross the deadline of fee payment, there is a separate rescheduling fee. If you want to cancel the test, you need to pay separately for the process of PTE exam.
