PDPM Indian Institute of Information Technology Design & Manufacturing Jabalpur is inviting applications for the MTech program 2024 (full-time & part-time). Candidates can apply online through the IIITDM admission portal before December 15, 2024. The application fee is INR 500 for the unreserved category and INR 300 for SC/ST category candidates.

IIITDM MTech Eligibility

Full-Time MTech

  • Candidates must have a valid GATE score for the year 2022 - 2024.
  • Candidates must have a B.Tech. / B.E. or equivalent degree with at least 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks for GEN / EWS / OBC students, whereas 6.0 CGPA or 55% marks in case of SC / ST / PwD category candidates.

Part-Time MTech

  • Candidates must have a B.Tech / B.Des. or equivalent degree with a minimum of 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA or equivalent.
  • GATE / CEED score is not required for the part-time program.
  • The applicant must be employed at a company / industry with a turnover of INR 100 crores or more, and have at least 5 years of experience in an executive position.
  • The applicant must be employed at a defense establishment, and their application must be properly forwarded by the organization, the minimum experience requirement is waived for such candidates.

IIITDM MTech Admission Process

  • Merit for seat allotment will be determined based on the GATE score.
  • In the unlikely event of candidates having the same GATE score, the following tie-breaking criteria will be applied in the stated order:
    • All-India Rank from the GATE exam, with lower AIR values getting preference.
    • Date of birth will be considered with elder candidates getting preference.
    • Random number generation, with lower randomly generated numbers getting preference.
  • Part-time MTech admission will be based on personal interviews.
  • Candidates are required to fill the specialization in priority order. Up to 5 choices of specialization (across disciplines) can be filled in the application form.
