Jee mains qualification, placement was good , infrastructure was good , hostel were better than most of the colleges and the mess food is also decent enough to be edible ,big tech companies came for internships and placements opportunities.

I choose IIITDM Jabalpur because of the strong academic curriculum, good placement opportunities. We just have to get seat in JOSAA for the admission in this college. As this located at just 10km from railway station, and 5km from airport there is no issue of the transportation.

For admission in this college the process is same as for any of the NIT's and other IIIT's i.e you will be get a seat alloted here based on jee mains score. Other than that there is no criteria for admission(no group discussion and interview are required). Talking about tha admission you have to score a very good percentile In jee mains to get admission in any of the branches here for general and OBC category students 98+(98.5+ would be more preferable) percentile would be enough for cse and for girls it would be around 97.5 + percentile. For mechanical and smart manufacturing branches you need to score around 93+ percentile and for Electronic and communication for male 97.5+ and for females 96+ would be enough. For sc/st students 94 + percentile for cse is enough 90 + for ece is enough and 80-87/88 percentile is enough for me and sm. After securing these much percentage you can get your desired branch from josaa counselling and csab counselling (which is held after jossa).

For the admission in our college in Btech course, you have to appear JEE main minimum and aquires a good rank for this, and another way is through DASA or SII. and the Mtech admission you need to pass the gate exam as well as moderate rank.

Good aspect of college is that we have people here from diverse backgrounds and culture as there is no state quota in IIIT's. Bad thing about the college is that it is situated very much outside of city due to which we dont get anything outside college. Admission process for IIITDM Jabalpurs is through JOSSA Counselling. There is no GD or PI for admission in this college.

If you want to take admission in IIIT Jabalpur or any IIIT and NIT , you should have a good rank in jee exam , and do counselling then like joosa and a special round csab for vacant seats . No interview just counselling and fees deposit. I took coaching for jee from Allen kota as a droper.

the average package of this college is high compared to other iiit and even some nit which is 19 lakhs and we can apply for this college after qualifiing in mains and in josaa councelling rounds and csaab

i did what every other person checks while joining a college did what every other person i checked the internet about this college like what is the average package in cse and other branches and chose this campus as it is the third ranking iiit in india in csab rounds which will be after your mains examination
