- Our college's campus life is so good that I like the most about my college. College's infrastructure is quite good.
- College students are very generous and helpful.
Dislikes
- I dislike most the political connections of the students union .
- Sometimes college's exams are delayed for some reason that I don't like.
Remarks :
I choose this college because this college is not so far from my home and the course I wanted to complete are available here. College's admission depends on class 12th results.There is no such extra exam or interview to do for the admission in college. After 12th students can easily apply to the college's website for the admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because it helps me to bulid my Carrier and I aslo have interest in the subjects of this course. Teachers are well qualified and teaching method is quite good.Some classes are done online after COVID. Each exams are helded between 3 months and exams are not that though. Students can easily pass in the exam.
Internships Opportunities :
I didn't opted for any internship. There is no such internship opportunity for the students except journalism students.Only journalism students have the opportunity to opted for the internship in news channels.
Placement Experience :
There is no campus placement in our college yet. After completing the course students can apply for the higher education courses like masters. After the degree I wanted to clear Wbcs exam and be a sivil servent for the country.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For every year students paid 4065-6000 rupees (depends on courses they select).There is no such scholarships are available but some government scholarship like Swami Vivekanand scholarship are available.For every registration students have to pay 450 rupees.Fees structure is quite stable fees doesn't increase or decrease.
Campus Life :
There are many fest are organise in our college like aunnual fest,basanta utshav etc.For the new joinee students college arranges freshers party.There is a small library in our college . Many kind of books are available there including our text books.There is a cultural group for the creative students and a student union run by themselves.
Hostel Facilities :
There is a residential system in our college for the students who are not from the local areas.In our hostel food quality is not that much good but students can easily afford the hostel. It's in Barrackpore area. There is two kind of rooms one is general rooms and one is personal room. Students can choose what kind of room they want to stay.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.
Review of my collage
Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
