no i haven’t faced any interviews Group discussions and tests , i chose this college because the environment of college also my cousin was passed from this college she told me that the teachers are too good like friends
Course Curriculum Overview :
There was so many courses like B.Tech M.tech BCA BBA (in hospitality) also medical was there and also Diploma in Engineering. in B.Tech the CSE department was too good this departments faculty was too good and act like friends
Internships Opportunities :
No i have not selected for any kind of internship i just got placed in full time. and they are providing placements like Infosys TCS British Telecom and most popular accenture etc. both departments was to good CSE and ECE B.TECH
Placement Experience :
In 2024 batch of B.TECH in COMPUTER SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING departments was got 100% placements with 4 lacs to 220000 salary range and also the ECE department was too good for education and placements
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
45,000/- per semester, and exam fee was 1200/- in 2017- 2021 but the fee was increased by respected universities and the admission fees was 75,000/- including all security deposit and uniform also bag t-shirts etc.
Campus Life :
This campus includes 2 types of libraries one is Normally library there was lots of books and another one is Digital library. if you have any queary regarding books then there was 3 sir and madam they are very good to help you with
Hostel Facilities :
This campus includes two hostels one is girls and another one is boys hostel but both hostels are good in condition and rooms are also full furnished but only one problem is there in only boys hostel is train noise because of the boys hostel is adjacent in mankundu rail way station

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
