- There are some hidden fees structures fron the university or the college which was annoying to us
- We need to attend college regularly or out attendance affects out marksheet
Remarks :
Indian institute of hotel management had a very good impression on my parents while we visited and they have really good infrastructure to educate new students to the industry and our college also claims to have a 100% placement rates for last few years. They have promising background and facilities were much kind to let know the ground facts of this industry
Course Curriculum Overview :
We have like 3- 4 practical kitchen class per week and our faculty were too lenient to taught us simple fact to survive the industry and which also helped me in my industrial training. Our faculty treat us like there friends and helps us in every tough situation
Internships Opportunities :
I was in Kenilworth resort and spa goa as an industrial trainee under the kitchen department for 6 month and it really helps me to understand the basic needs to be a hotelier Our college also offer internship abroad for students who are interested
Placement Experience :
Our college have a outstanding record of 100% placement ratio for past few years and our college offers placement in well known hotels and resorts not only in india but also in abroad. Our college help students to choose their path on basis of their intrest
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We pay like 25 thousand every 2 months and they have some different fees structures depending on course and University charges and exam fees . My total fee for 3 years of culinary management were like 4 lacks including excursion, University fee and tution
Campus Life :
We have annual fest and many food fest though out the year which really helps to understand the difference between the different cuisine worldwide and we have many well know personalities as our chief guest to let us know about different types of huddle in this industry and how to overcome it.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
