Remarks :
After completing class 12th examination I heard about this college and course from my friends. A written exam is conducted every year for the admission of students on different particular courses. Questions in this examination based on teaching aptitude, English language and reasoning abilities. In india RIEs are the best college for the teacher education programmes. It helpful for both personal and professional aspects of a person. The certificate from the college will help in future in the job point of view.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because this course is very limited in our state and the degree of this course will help me in future to get a job in teaching field. Faculty members are highly qualified and educated. They used to teach in various teaching styles according to the class room situation and student's understanding. They are very close to students and always stand for us. In a year there are two semesters conducted at the university level and several class tests are conducted by professors at their level. The overall fee of the course is around 15000 for OBC and general students and it decreases for SC and ST students. So it almost payable for all the students for different class . Both national scholarship and state scholarship are available for students.
Internships Opportunities :
During seventh semester in 4th year of this course which I have chose the intership opportunity is provided to all the students. Students are able to visit JNVs which are central government schools for the intership programme. There they stay for 4 months and take around 120 classes and the overall reports of those classes has to be submitted after internship programme.
Placement Experience :
After completing the particular course different private schools are offered for placement opportunities. They offered job on the basis of the mark secured by students. The average package of the placement is between 400000 to 500000 yearly. If placement and job opportunities are not there for students, i supposed to continue my further studies in other college.
Campus Life :
Our college campus is very social nad harmonious in nature. It provides a good environment for students to engage in several cultural activities. After the completion of semester exams cultural fest is organise on college level. Both Annual sports and inter-house competition in several games and sports is organised. The college Library is the knowledge source of the college. It provides more than 15000 books on several topics. Hostels are available for all the students and these hostels are allotted during examination process. in hostel a single room is allocated to 3 students. A mess is there for providing breakfast, lunch , dinner etc. and monthly mess fee is 2500. It became a very good choice to live in hostel for it's diverse cultural significance due to presence of students from different states.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
