- Mostly I like the college because of the people we have there the faculties the teachers the students seniors juniors everyone.
- The campus area is so beautiful the cafeteria the classrooms everything is just luxurious
Dislikes
- There is nothing to dislike basically when you will come to the college you will like it at that moment only
- Everybody here encourages everyone so you will not dislike anything here.
Remarks :
Only online exams where we had to attempt multiple choice questions and after that PI that's personal interview where one of the college professors will talk with you in online zoom meeting. They'll ask few simple questions about yourself, your family that's it.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course basically I love this hotel life it's one of the most luxurious and sophisticated. If you really love travelling enjoy trying different food different cuisines and is a people person then this industries just for you. The faculty is a totally friendly and there very very much helpful they teaching is so much specific to the topic college exams happened also that degree that you will choose that will also happen. Total 6 semesters will happen in 3 years.
Internships Opportunities :
5 star property come for the internships you have two options domestic internship and foreign internships. In domestic you can choose your preferred hotel obviously a 5 Star from different states like Bangalore Delhi Rajasthan, kolkata. And in foreign internship you can go France Mauritius Malaysia etc.
Placement Experience :
in IIHM attendance is very important if you have attendance then you will have good placements as you will come regularly do the college you will get to know about each and everything of the hotel and of course you will get a good placement in a good hotel
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Scholarship for students who score above 85% in their X+2 level exams receive a 20,250 rupee tuition fee exemption, while those who score above 90% receive a 40,500 rupee exemption. Other than that yearly fees is 2 lakhs 18 thousand yearly and total 6 lakhs 36 thousand.
Campus Life :
Iihm is full of events, there's no time in the month when there will be no event. When you will enter the college you will have your fresher. Recently also we had a new thing in the college which is DJ and we enjoyed a lot. And what is ragging in this college nobody knows the senior the junior the 2nd year 1st year 3rd year everyone will be your friend there so friendly. The rooftop of our college is field where extra curricular activities like sports takes place.
Hostel Facilities :
As I am a local so I don't stay in college hostel but sometimes I have stayed there the rooms our spacious clean and one bathroom is attached with the room also there is another bathroom outside the room for one room there is too bathroom and also the caretaker of that hostel is nice

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
