Remarks :
After completing ITI i was willing to do diploma and put form in ugi college rourkela where my application got rejected they asking minimum 85% then I get into igit at 75%. Our college admission criteria is minimum 70%.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because it is totally based on industrial training program and this course totally teach us industrial skill which is very helpful. Faculty are qualified well they are very friendly. College conduct exam in 3 basis 2 internal exam and end semester exam.
Internships Opportunities :
Our college don't provide internship but instruct to do internship which is very compulsory and it has 100 marks. And i have done internship in NIT rourkela in that I have learnt to test the mental quality and have done minor project.
Placement Experience :
Placement in igit sarang for diploma students is average. Eligibility criteria for placement is simple all subjects must be cleared. Company visited like JSW TATA POWER JINDAL L&T and many mines industry. From which JSW offered the highest package about ?3.5lpa rest are ?80000 to 1.5lpa
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fees i paid was about ?7000 only for two years ?14000. Registration fees is ?350. College fees for st&sc is 50% which is ?3500 and for 2 year is ?7000. We get scholarship from odisha goverment from technical skill development.
Campus Life :
Campus life at igit sarang is very amazing. The fest is conducted in igit sarang in the month of March which it name is called horizon. There is wide range books and journals are available in the igit Central library and good journals are available like IEEE. OUR college encourage students the participate in different sports activities and many of them reach to national level also.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, i have opted hostel. Food quality is very good as compared to price we pay like ?4200/Y which will be like ?3500/M and have variety of menu. Registration process is very simple at time of admission you have to fill hostel form that it.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
