Via councilling I got this college. There is a exam known as Neet (ug). After cracking this exam , there is a national councilling and a state wise councilling. Through this procedure I got a chance to get admission in this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This is a professional cource popularly known as MBBS. There is a 4 year of academic session. 1st professional 2nd professional 3 rd professional part 1 And 3rd professional part 2 Followed by one year of internship. After completing this I will become a IMG (Indian medical graduate)
Internships Opportunities :
Yes there is a internship opportunity in our course. After passing all the professional exam. There is a mandatory internship of one year in the hospital as junior doctors. After completing this internship we get our MBBS certificate.
Placement Experience :
This is a professional cource. So if we get a placement it's well but we can also independent to make money by joining private hospitals and nursing homes. So job is not mandatory in this course. We also can have our own private clinics.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There no year wise fees. Rather there is a semister wise fees. 2500 per semister. And there are semisters. 3 semister in 1st professional. 3 semister in 2nd professional 1 semister in 3 rd professional part 1. And 3 semister in 3rd professional part 2.
Campus Life :
Our college campus is very nice. There are 3 hostel for boys . And 3 hostel for girls. There are lots of trees in our campus. We,the students try to make the campus more green along with the help of college's administration. Social life and infrastructure are very good also.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I got a hostel called as boys hostel 2 . Like our hostel there are more two hostels Boys hostel one and boys hostel three. Environment of our hostel is very nice. It's a place we can enjoy our studies.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
