Techno India (Hooghly Campus) provides an absolute student friendly environment. Eligibility: Student should have Maths in 10+2 examination CET examination is must for the course. College faculty is really providing 1:1 teacher student ratio.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I'm really interested in software related jobs. For this reason I personally chose BCA over BBA. Basically as per NEP, BCA is 4 years course from this year. This college is under affiliation of MAKAUT. Techno India Hooghly is currently charging a total course fee of Rs.2,50,000. Each and every teachers are well qualified for their profession. Students those who r eligible for SVMCM and K3 scheme or any other private scholarship,college helps in every matter for the sanction of scholarship.
Internships Opportunities :
Being a 1st year student , till now I have not faced any interviews or campusing. But as per my seniors opinion they have really got better opportunities from the college. On campus placement has really made their life easier.
Placement Experience :
Job and placements r provided by the end semester of final year students. Several MNCs hire students from our college like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Deloitte, Amazon, Congnizent,etc. College prepared u for interviews from 1st yr onwards only by providing several soft skills and communication classes and many more.
Campus Life :
Techno India College has it's own cultural Committee as well as sports, tech commmite. Cultural committee: Verbena TIH Cultural committee Sports: TIH Annual Sports Committe Tech: Cybertronix College Band: Ogochalo This college not only deals with student's academic part...but also make them equally efficient in all other fields.. Several tech fest, management fest, fresher's farewell and many other competitions are organised by TIH along with the above mentioned committees. Students can easily collect the MAR points,by participating in this events.

Placements are not being offered from our college solely. But internship is being offered in the last 6 months mandatory for the completion of the four year course. The placement thing is solely on you like how capable are you to get into one hospital. But this college has nothing to do with it.

One should not be have any backlogs to sit for campus placements and should keep a decent GPA as many companies puts a cut off GPA. Placements are very decent and almost 70 percentage gets placed many of the others gets into higher studies

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.

Placements are for MSc batch only. Last year the highest package was 28LPA from Citi Bank, Gurgaon. Majorly hiring companies that come in FETSU for placements only come to maths dept in SFSU. Packages offered here are based on qualities. It decent.
