Likes
- I like the most that faculties are very friendly and they also give good marks in exam .
- About college I like the place where it is situated. All minimum requirements are met without a heavy rush infront of college.
Dislikes
- I dislike the most about college is most of the students are not interested in study and they are just here for a certificate.
- Another thing is college has no good auditorium.
Remarks :
It has good campus and a government college and it is nearer to my home. It is 3rd rated college in all of Odisha and it is a very old and reputed college. I had heard about this college before and for a good degree I came to this college. Only jee mains percentile is sufficient for admission in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well educated and environment is favourable for study. Course is designed in such a way that it covers all subjects which are used for gate examination.Teachers and professors are qualified from nits and iits and have great knowledge and experience.
Internships Opportunities :
I have done internship in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited in the year 2023 and in Bhilai Steel Plant in the year 2024. College has helped me by referring and giving the internship form required for the internship.
Placement Experience :
Placements are good in college. For software and core branches placements are very good. Internships are not provided by college but you get a referral if you manage to apply in any kind of government internship program.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
It is 71800 for odd semester and 1700 exam fee for even semester .the course fee includes alumni fee wifi charges study tour fees examination fees etc. you can get 20000 post matric scholarship or 40000 labour card scholarship in the college and the college fees doesn't increase.
Campus Life :
It is very good campus containing shops a field and open sky gym with badminton and basketball court . College has club for every extra co curricular activities and infrastructure of college is good. This contains different departments in old building and classrooms in the new building.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels are not that clean but mess food is adjustable . You have to stay with three other students in 1st and 2nd year. In the 3rd year you will be given option to choose between double room and tripple room and selection is based on cgpa. In final year you may get a single room if you are among the top scorers of your branch.

After completion of this course go for national health mission recruitment In odisha opsc amo exam conducted many students were passed the exam from our college and got posted. You can go for many pharmacy company 100 percent of students getting placement

There campus placement here are ok startups came here and many big mncs like tcs, flipkart etc. Some department get companies like the MBA but that is an exceptional case. No other department participate in campus drive or placement cell. Students need to apply off campus to get placed.

for placement students need to get atleast 7cgpa. The placement is decent where most students around 85% get placed . Main companies are accenture, tcs, infosys , cognizant etc. Highest package was 9lpa and average was around 4lpa . I plan to work in one of the companies i get placed in.

Placement Experience :
Students are eligible for placements from third year onwards on a condition that the student has good skills and created good projects. Companies are still coming to ITER since July, various companies like Wipro, Xerox, Paytm, Flipkart, DELL, Microsoft, TCS Infosys and various other MNCs and startups come to the campus for placements and also provide pre placement offers. Currently I have no idea about the highest and average packages as per the company and the profiles offered, but I know that the highest package offered in Iter has been 43 lakhs pa and the average package is around 6lacs-8lacs. There are certain criteria set by the college for the students to be eligible to sit in the placement, out of that more than 85% to 90% of eligible students have secured placements. Students also get internships from second year. After I get a degree and if I land a suitable job then it's okay otherwise I will look to get into civil services or defence.

It has average placements. They also provide training for that. You will be eligible from 4th year. They also provide practice schools where the eligibility is 8 cgpa. They also provide training in the 3rd and 4th year. The companies which I know are Infosys Accenture Capgemini Genpact Mindfire solutions Mindtree. Tcs. pwC Deloitte Inovaare Tata Power Cosmovolt Tech Mahindra etc. They mostly provide the packages in the range 3.5-6 lpa ..The average oncampus placement this year was 4.5 lpa and the highest was 14.5 lpa. The 30 lpa shown was off campus. So you can get jobs according to your skills and cgpa . Overally the placement is just average but roi may be better.

Actually as I am a undergraduate I don't exactly know how much is the eligibility criteria for placement but I know that the guest lecturers are given according to number of classes they do in a month My plans after getting a degree is to give jrf net /gate and to further study in reasearch lines.

Eligibility criteria for placements are based on cgpa cut off and no backlogs are allowed. A few companies that came for recruitment are Infosys, Tcs , Accenture , Cognizant , Dell , Deloitte . Profiles offered are mostly of software engineer and average package is around 600000 per annum . My plan after getting degree is to go into software engineering job .

The placement scenario is quite good as most of the students get placed before the completion of course with a decent package. Average package is around 8lpa and the highest package till now is 60+ lpa.

Yes, we do have a placement cell over here and is quite good. Many well-known companies come to recruit their employees, and the companies are quite satisfied over our senior's hard work and smartness. Many companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Delloyd, etc., come to give good placements to the students at the college. I don't know the exact numbers, but the highest package was around 45 lakhs, and the average package was around 5 lakhs per annum. The average percentage of students getting placements is roughly around 70% to 80%. Currently for me, I don't have a solid plan to what to do but you never know some miracle might happen. Just joking, I do have a plan for the near future, but I am little worried about the future that on one before me start that initiative that I have thought about it.
