- What I really love about my college is the faculty,the staffs, proffesors they are very understanding and helpful . I also do like the class rooms and the digital board. I love fests and event's organised by the college.
Dislikes
- The only thing I don't like about my college is the canteen room i think they should make the room bigger and add more items in the menu.
Remarks :
I have heard before that this college is one of the best college for commerce and after taking admission in this college I've seen that the reviews of everyone was absolutely right. This college is best for persuing bcom. The proffesors take classes every day. The faculty is great too. There's no written test for admission you can get admitted through new admission portal or in stand-alone mode.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have choose bcom hons. because I wanna be a proffesor. And I really have deep interest in commerce and economics. The faculty of sivanath sastri college is really supportive,informative and helpful. The proffesors don't rush to complete the syllabus they take time and explain everything single thing without jumping to the next chapter. Notes are given everyday by proffesors . This college has LED flat digital panel board instead of chalk board which is very convenient and helpful. This college doesn't take exams without completing the syllabus. Or by skipping and chapters they take exams when it's needed. The questions are bit tough but is very standard and answerable for all.

Campus Life :
This college have many clubs like dance club, sports club, music club and fashion club They organise sports every year . This college has a huge library where you're going to find each and every book for your course and others. Each classroom has a digital flat panel board instead of black board. Fests happened right after the next month of your admission
Hostel Facilities :
There's no hostel facility in Sivanath sastri . I think they should start a hostel facility soon because there's a lot of people coming from far from their home . They should open a affordable hostel nearby

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
