Well, the admissions were directly based on our JEE mains or CBSE exams in the Covid batch. I chose this because it was close to me has one of the best placements across the country. The staff team structure everything is so good and on point that you would love it definitely.
The education is very you know top notch. It’s very difficult than other colleges compared to the teachers are very supportive. Very helpful. The cost of our high on learning you know, give you everything we have practical subjects as well. You know in which we do Project, so which are good for numerous teachers, which are good for Project, so you can do project under them or write research papers
In my final year there are numerous internships that come for every stream, since I am an electronics and communication undergrad, I also got the same opportunity right now. I’m interviewing for one of the companies that came for it.
Will the placements are obviously very nice as what is famous for. Obviously, you have to excel in your own course to be able to get a placement won’t be like that you will be studying and still would be getting a placement. The companies are coming really good, but yet again, you have to work for it. There are numerous eligibility criteria which is specifically the CGPA and the branch, but which is certainly just fit by the company and not the college itself While the highest packages as I’ve seen are gone to 34,35,00,000 in my year this time given by me, show NXP and Simmons. All these big companies, average could just go around to 12 LPA i guess. Numerous companies that come and from all the genres which not just your core in tech in non-tech, every company comes.
At my time, I used to pay around two lakh per semester. That is four lakh a year, excluding any Hostel or mess fees. But the year that has come now the fee is almost doubled. Your total degree around cost around 36,00,000 rupees, although there are numerous scholarships for you know, grade students or people, you know you know, economical problems and all these things, but still is expensive only.
Man Harper University are top notch. The infrastructure is so well built to have ACs in all the rooms. Everything is so high tech. You know visiting the library. The library cards the scanner is all over the place. It’s so high-tech as I said, we have a numerous societies which help you grow in whatever field you’re looking for each of them also provide their own fest. You know which happened over the course of time. We also have temple in Gurudwara inside the campus, just Also covering the religious aspect of it. The biggest festival of University is the Saturn India which happens around October November very great artist have come in it throughout the years and it’s really fun. One of them. Also famous famous is the TFF. It is a Thaper food festival in which there are numerous stalls. You can go there and eat for free like after you purchase a ticket, obviously, but it’s very well organised.
Although not a Hostler, but I’ve been to the hostels they are very beautiful. Probably the best Hostel I’ve ever seen. The food is also very very very nice. Although there is strictness which is also important for the students, but I would definitely recommend it
if you are above 6.0 cgpa and no reappears and backlogs your are eligible for 70 % of companies. recently TCS,AMAZON,COGNIZANT also came for placement highest is 51LPA,6LPA avg. 80% of each batch is placed.
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.
I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.
Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc
College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys, tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year
Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.
The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement. There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
