- Campus life was good but in our department they are some teachers who were biased for some students so not everyone get the exact.
Remarks :
I chose this college because it was easier for me to go to the college cause it's very near to my house and convenient.My sister also went to this college so from the earlier I know many things about it. No I didn't face any group discussion or interviews neither I did a written test because of covid19 the admission was happened in online.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I don't have any specific reason for choosing this course it just happened to me that time so I go with the flow but when I know about this course it getting interesting for me.Teachers are good they aslo teaches well sometimes they were late to start the class.we have two semesters per year for me 3rd semester was the toughest and also I got the Lowest number in that semester.Academic programmes are okayish not too interesting or not too boring. As a journalism student we didn't have many good field works we only got a field work and some seminars that's it.
Internships Opportunities :
I don't do any internship at this moment. I am doing a web development course and not ready for any job at this time . I just want to take some time and want to get better after doing this course then apply for job
Placement Experience :
No we don't have any placement or jod opportunities from college.After completing the course I did some research and go to some interviews but in every place they need a student who is already experienced about the work not a fresher so it was very tough for me.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So we have a 3 years course on new syllabus I don't remembered the actual fees for per semester but yearly it was 10000 approx which is okay for the subject I have chosen and also I applied for an scholarship which is swami vivekananda scholarship and lastly we aslo studied Film studies (sub) so for that subject we also have an additional fees.
Campus Life :
To tell the truth college campus was really beautiful and clean. We have a student union in our college. library department is the best in our college peoples are very good there . They have many books but not every book we need. Our college arranges the best social concerts. We enjoyed a alot in that. Also they arranged sports competition yearly. In the college they have a rock climbing wall for the people who were interested in it. Student union were run by themselves who were involved in that . They also have yearly art exhibition and many programmes. College have many extracurricular activities and events. In that topic our college get 5 star

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
