- I like the college Teachers helping the students whenever possible .
- The infrastructure of this college is so amazing i personally loved it.
Dislikes
- the light system and WIFI system is not good .
- the hostel of 1'st year to 3'rd year is not opened yet.
Remarks :
the college offers a strong curriculum that is well structured and aliened with industry standards . The professors are generally knowledgeable and provide both theoretical and practical knowledge . In some departments class sizes can be large which effects the quality of personalized interaction between students and professors .
Course Curriculum Overview :
many professors at the college are highly knowledgeable in their respective fields. They often bring in depth subject expertise , especially in core technical subjects . Professor from departments like CSE , ETC , ME are generally well versed in current rank and technology.
Internships Opportunities :
The specific companies and roles offering internship with stipends at our college . However here are some companies TCS , IBM , Amazon , Microsoft , LNT , Thermax . The stipends foe internship vary widely depending on the company and the role.
Placement Experience :
The placement scenario at our college has been consistent improvement over the years with many students securing job offers from reputable companies like amazon , Microsoft , Google , PayPal etc. and the internship opportunities especially for students in technical fields are generally good .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am currently studying at Cooch Behar government engineering college. the annual tuition fees 18000 per semester, which increases slightly every year. I got SVMCM scholarship which amount is 60000 per annual.
Campus Life :
The campus is equipped with modern classrooms , well maintained labs , and an advance library with a wide range of resources. The college also provides specialized labs for various engineering Departments which is helpful for hand on learning.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel mess provides a mix of Indian meals , the food is affordable and the meal cost is include in the hostel fees. The food quality is acceptable for most students . The portion sizes are usually generous and students with hearty appetites will likely find the portions filling enough .

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
