The college offers admission on the basis of rank scored in the JKBOPEE Bsc nursing entrance examination and the preference given by student in online counseling through JKBOPEE and the category of student also impacts the admission in college
Course Curriculum Overview :
As medical industry is growing at a faster pace that is the reason I choosed the course The faculty members are qualified and experienced and are very friendly with students The exams are conducted by jammu university and are not on time usually
Internships Opportunities :
I have not yet reached to the internship position as my course is not completed to be eligible for internship According to senoirs the internship involves providing basic medical needs for well being of the patient in an associated hospital
Placement Experience :
The college does not provide any placement hence no recruiting agency has ever visited to the college The college only provides educational and clinical services to the students and the degree of the course at the end
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
First year admission fee is around 10 thousand excluding the examination fee of 1100 the fee changes in subsequent years reaching to about 4500 per year from second year The national scholarship portal (NSP) and labor scholarship is available for eligible students
Campus Life :
The campus is not well developed there are only two class rooms and the library also does not provide the adequate study material No sports and extra curricular activities are held on campus No social groups ,clubs or websites for students No fests are conducted
Hostel Facilities :
There is not any hostel facility available for students All students are living in rented rooms in the locality of college and the rooms on rent are difficult to find in an affordable rent The PG facility is very less available in the locality

Placements in our college are average only, not very high but not zero also. Few companies come every year for campus recruitment, like TCS, Wipro, Infosys and some local construction firms. They mostly offer roles like junior engineer, site supervisor or trainee. Highest package was around 8 LPA for IT profile, average goes between 3-4 LPA. Almost 50-60% students get placed from campus, rest students go for off campus or higher studies. Eligibility for placement is you need minimum 6.5 CGPA and no active backlogs, also they check communication skills in interviews. No big mass recruiters like in IITs, but still some opportunities are there if you prepare well. If not getting placed through campus, I plan to try off campus drives and also thinking to prepare for govt exams or maybe do M.Tech. College do conduct some training sessions and mock interviews but main thing depends on self preparation.

Here almost 95% students got placed.average salary is around 6-7 lpa.Companies like wipro,infuses,bhel visited here.my plan after degree is to do mtech from iits. Highest package is around 45 lakhs (off campus). On campus it is around 25 lpa.

I am always moved by my college’s course curriculum which is multicultural and gives students a wide range of choices. The courses are demanding but the lecturers are always ready to provide support and counsel. It is affordable to all through scholarships and fair fees.

Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria for placement depends on the company, majorly all companies asks for minimum CGPA of 7 or 7.5. Some past major companies which comes for recruitment are amazon, sprinklr, paytm, nvidia, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, maruti suzuki etc. According to 2023 data, highest package offered was 53 LPA, average package offered was 18 LPA, minimum package was 5 LPA. Percentage of students get placed in 2023 is 85%. My plans after getting the degree is to either works on corporate or to prepare for UPSC.

quality of teaching is crucial, instructor give their best in the class and class strength is divides in two section according their enrollment number.i think fees is affordable and fees waiver for different category.
My University Life In The University of Kashmir.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for the placements of jobs was 65% in the grade card if graduation. The recruitment process was followed by a job examination and job interview. Cipla, SKIMS were some of the recruiters that visited the university and offered almost 15 jobs. The average package offered by the recruiters was 40-70 thousands per month. And the highest package offered by the recruiters was 1.1 Lakh per month. In this recruitment process almost 40% students got placements. I got a private job in a private pharmacy company. Now, I have chosen this job as my carrier after getting the degree.

Placement Experience :
There were no job or placement opportunities available and it didn’t bothered the college. The main aim of the students as well included to just pass the degree and get out of there. Faculties also discouraged about the job market scenario outside the college which alleviated the trouble.

Companies come for placement also they select students but most of time it sells based company not a product based company also they offer quit low packages.
