- Infrastructure is quite big . And environment is also best to enjoy
- There are many clubs to participate in and capus life is also awesome.
Dislikes
- Canteen is good but it is overpriced. But the food quality is awesome
- Another there is not facility of AC in the classroom but in few year it will be there .
Remarks :
I have given 1 wbjee exam in which I got rank and chosen the cse branch . Cut off is 4.5k rank last in which u can get top branches. College is descent. This is the best college in west bengal for private.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is bit old for today's generation but u can learn many more things while in college . Mostly faculties are PhD ones. In one semester there is two exams one is mid sem of 40 and another is end sem of 60 marks .
Internships Opportunities :
No I don't have opted for any internship right now but in future I will opt and it will be off campus like . I will approach to the company for my skill. And that's how I will gain and learn money and experience respectively.
Placement Experience :
Placement is quite good . Average package is 4 to 5 lakhs per year .. highest is rs 20 lakhs per year . Tcs, Wipro, cognizant Tejas any many more come . 70 to 75 % gets placed on record in our college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In first semester you have to give 72000 after that every semester u will give 69500. Caution fees is Rs 10000 which is refundable . Development fees is 9000 per semester. There is one scholarship which is SVCM for West Bengal students.
Campus Life :
There are not fest conducted for last few years. But there are cultural events occasionally every year . And some kind of group events organised by students . Overall it's a quite great experience. There are many sprts activities in which u can participate also.
Hostel Facilities :
I have opted for private hostel which is quite descent.. Food is also. Quite good. Registration process is normal . For every student there are some rules and regulations which gets keep changing by the management.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
