Remarks :
First time when you admission in the college you have to seat in exam which is called cet exam.This is very easy exam everything about general knowledge. The college class room is very clear and well organized.And there also available ac in every class. But there is a problem in our college which is our college ground. Our college ground is very small to play sports. The college exam like ca and international are very easy if you practice.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because the computer thing distract me and I like coding so I prefer this course. There are available computer , library book and gym for every college student’s. The faculty members are very good they have a good relationship with every student’s.They helps us every day for any difficult time. The ca exam are very easy because the teachers helps us very much before the exam how to attend .
Internships Opportunities :
The internship is available for everyone. The internship interview is very easy if you are confident and have good mark in every semester and have a good cgpa the you are eligible for any company like tcs , wipro ,infosys. Their avarage package is like 6 lpa to 7 lpa. There also available othre company. 85% student’s are get placement every year after completing 6 semester.
Placement Experience :
After completing 6 sem you are eligible for internship. There are big company is available for us like tcs,wipro,infosys.Their package is like 5 lpa to 6 lpa . There also available another company like hdfc bank,canada bank,icici bank their avarage package is 3.5 lpa to 5 lpa. My plan is to do mba after compliting bca.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I pay my college frrs after every 6 months.The amount I pay is 30000 per semester. Our total tution fees is 255000. There are 8 sem so you have to pay 240000 total and the admission fees is 35000 extra. The other department tution fees is same or low. In every sem exam you have to pay 1200 registration fee. In our college scholarship is also available for the student’s who have 60 %number in their 12 board exam.If you have 60% number then you get 18000 rupees in every year.
Campus Life :
In our college there are many social activities like freshers party,25 th december 1 st january and other. In our college 1 library is available for everyone which has different types of book which you read in your free time. Student’s are organize many social activities.
Hostel Facilities :
I live in a pg. The pg food quality is good as I think so. The pg rent is 5000 every month so every one can afford this. In a weak the are two time chicken is available and those who ate veg for them there also available panir. So the food quality is good.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.

Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
