The first factor is this that college is full airconditioner which help the students to get relief in summer time with great atmosphere The admission process are very simple you don't need to worry about that

Very less company come here to offer internship not all and if they choose any students they don't pay them or give them stipend Company come here like medical company Tech Mahindra Godrej and many more
Placement Experience :
There is no placement in this college only they provide internships but not to everyone only randomly 10 to 15 students and nothing else and also the internship are no payable If you want to do work after graduation don't take admission in this college

47500 per semester There is no registration fees Admission fees is 10000+ 1 semester Plus you need to pay 1200 per semester exam And you don't need to pay extra apart from this Books are also included in this you don't need to buy book from outside
Campus Life :
Life campus are worst there are no campus ???? n college no fest in a month only some fresher party, farewell, and Saraswati Puja apart from this nothing else No extra curricular activities no clubs and no websites
Hostel Facilities :
There is no hostel in this college you need to think about yourself before coming here There is only a small canteen in college and the prices are very high to afford But you can find very good room and PG here with affordable rate best place to live near this college is shapoorji palunji

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.

There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
