Remarks :
I have written joint entrance exam for getting into nit Jalandhar I prepared for two years It involves lot of work It has a cutt off percentile The cutoff rank for my branch is 18000 rank in general category
Course Curriculum Overview :
In national institute of technology Jalandhar faculties are highly recommend and their teaching is also good but end of the day students have to prepare for their own There are 2 exams per semester Midsem and end sem
Internships Opportunities :
No since I was in 1st sem I was not opted for any internship but there are many opportunities from 2nd year so many companies comes to the college and offers internship to the national institute of technology Jalandhar students
Placement Experience :
It has many recruiters like amazon, microsoft, google, Adobe, oracle, tata, infosys and many more companies has been visited to national institute of technology Jalandhar and the highest package offered is 51 lpa
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For students whose family income is more than eight lakhs their fee is around 236000 per year For students whose family income is 1-5 lakhs their fee is around 170000 For students whose family income is less than 1 lakh their fee is around 110000
Campus Life :
There are so many fests will be going on in the campus Main fest is utkansh fest Classrooms are excellent And wifi signal is average Food is also excellent I highly recommend this college for engeneering students
Hostel Facilities :
Food is so good and it is in panjabi style Obviously we have to adopt that style but if you adopt for that it tastes so good And the hostel is also good it has amenities like chair ,table and shelfs and

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
