- Faculty is very nice in our college as we get the best teachers in our college
- Campus is a must visit thing for every student who wants to participate and enjoy in every field of background.
Dislikes
- We don't have a canteen which is very problematic for a student which is a very concerned manner
- Sometimes travelling to college becomes a very hectic issue as it is a bit far and timings of my college makes me get home at night which is a bit difficult all the times.
Remarks :
The factors which made me choose this college is that it has a good campusing options and it's success rate for selection of students is also excellent. Secondly, our campus is very huge which consists of a playground , seminar hall , library and an auditorium as well. For the admission process there is a small entrance test known as CET test which we have to give in order to get selected in the college . Except for the test we don't have any group discussions or interviews or written tests for admission. Admission in this college is a very process for execution.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Regarding my course BBA , many options are provided for various other sources . We can prepare for our post graduate. I chose this course because i was always interested in working with finance and this course will help me to reach out my dream . This college has many facilities and scope to achieve my dream. Qualification of our faculty is very good because every faculty member contains a post graduate degree and some of them have a PHD degree as well . We in a overall have two end semesters per year and difficulty level is like if we follow our teachers guidance it is very easy to score good marks in our exams . Overall review of teaching method is awesome. We just love their way of teaching
Internships Opportunities :
No internship opted by me. But i have seen friends of mine doing internships which has been provided from the college which consists of ZOMATO SWIGGY AMAZON FLIPKART. Many internships provided stipends as well for 2000 per month and intership period used to be for 6 months
Placement Experience :
Placements in this college is a 100% success rate. Every student who is sincere and hardworking gets a placement without fail. Different companies approaches such as TCS ,COGNIZENT ,AMAZON etc . We have various unlimited scopes to get a job . Highest salary package which a student got is 4L.P.A. My plans after getting the degree is to go fo MBA
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year wise fee which we need to pay is Rs 80000 in a year which means Rs 40000 per semester. We do have a scholarship program that is we are applicable to apply for SVMCM . When we take admission for the first time we as a student need to pay 50000 for first semester as it includes 10000 admission fee and remaining 40000 is the semester fee for the first semester. From second semester onwards we need to pay 40000 each semester. There is no special charges or discounts for other categories .
Campus Life :
Life at campus is like we will never get to know when we ended our college and we got a college degree . It is that much fun in our college . We have techno india fest organised in the every month of September where great artists like arijit singh , sonu nigam has came to greet us . We have a library where more than 300 students can be accomodated and every field of books are available there with a silent and peace environment. We enjoy and we spent most of our time in library reading books. Sports are organised in our college every year in the mid march where there is all kind of sports from cricket to relay race , 100*4 m race ,hurdle race , football etc . We do have many extra curricular activities like singing, dancing etc. literature clubs, science clubs are there as well.
Hostel Facilities :
No I haven't opted for a hostel . Some of my friends stay at hostel as they stay out of town with their parents. I have heard that the food is clean but not that tastier as it is provided at our own homes .

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
