Remarks :
Some of my school seniors passed out from this college and are quite successful in their lives. Therefore as their junior I had a faith in the college and wanted to persue my future in this university.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I felt a strong connection to build and design things both in real life and through coding and this college seemed to fulfill all my needs and desires to study and learn what I always wanted and desired.
Internships Opportunities :
TCS, Cognizant, Wipro are the top companies who offer the highest internship stipends, baised on projects like A.I. system, automation, smart innovation etc, you basically have to submit a working model or prototype which is then verified by the companies and if they see scope in it you are granted a position as the owner of the contribution.
Placement Experience :
Placement drive starts right from the 3rd year and you can sit in it to apply for placement in various companies available, 1000 to 1500 students sit for the drives at a time and clear rounds to qualify for the next one.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The semester fees is 85000/- which excludes the hostel fees and the canteen fees, 1200 is the registration fees for the end semester examinations. All other fees are excluded and this is only the educational fees.
Campus Life :
The campus is large, top level infrastructure and cooperative club management. They help in the alround development of the students. The social media group managers are also very active and always Ready to attend to any doubts of the students.
Hostel Facilities :
No I haven't opted for any hostel and all and I am a day scholar, I travel from home as it is at travel distance from my house. But if you like to stay with walking distance from the college you can easily get a PG or hostel.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
