- Faculties are good and helpful towards students
- University academics are good in college.
Dislikes
- Collage campus is not good as it lack of space
- No intership opportunity and tough competition for placement.
Remarks :
The main reason for choosing this collage is that it advertise itself as a great collage but very less students get placement accordingly to their skills. During admission process I didn't gave any kind of group discussion, Interview or written test for admission.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course cariculum in the cse in very good and looks promising for future. But collage implies many extra activities and academic pressure which became problematic. Faculties are good and helpful towards students
Internships Opportunities :
Talking about internship opportunities there is no such facilities from the collage. During the intersemester break no internship occur . Students need to get any kind of intersection on its own skill
Placement Experience :
Placement and job opportunity is good but due to presence of lot of candidates it becomes very tough. Companies even impose criteria for selection. But many of them select less number of students from campus
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The details of fees structure of the university is 95000 per semester for 8 semesters, there is no scholarship facility and students who have got are very low in number. The fees is not increasing yearly it is constant for upcoming 4 years.
Campus Life :
Life in campus is not that great because of lot of students in the campus it looks overcrowded. There is also no proper field or playground facilities in campus. The collage only focuses on academics.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel mess are good but very high paying so many students don't opt for it. It is situated beside the campus only.To apply for the collage hostel mess it is instructed to directly contact with the collage.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Still don't about the placements and job opportunities . I haven't even discussed with my seniors about the opportunities after the graduation we get from college.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
