I went through the central university admission test and got a score of 777/800 in the required subjects to get an admission in the course. Hindu is ranked no. 1 on the nirf rankings and is one of the oldest and most prestigious degree colleges in the country and hence it was really lucrative for me to come here to pursue my education
Hindu college's commerce department follows the curriculum of the delhi university and has one of the most highly qualified faculties in the country. The curriculum covers a wide range of subjects in the commerce and finance domain and with increase in flexibility due to new education policy it really helps the students study a wider range of subjects
I have done independent with college societies in my college tenure and it has been a great learning curve for me as I learnt a lot about marketing and research work. I worked as research analytics intern for luxe turtle and marketing intern at HKV benaras
The campus placements have been one of the best that are offered by Uod and the placement cell is very active with Summer internships and placements continuously coming in throughout the year. The top recruiters include D.E Shaw, Accenture, Bain etc.

Like most colleges in university of Delhi, the campus isn't huge however Hindu is one of the biggest in North campus and has a very serene quality to itself. The boys hostel has been under construction for some time. So pg's flats around the college form a part of campus life.
I have not opted for hostel because boys hostel in Hindu college has been under construction for a long time now and it hasn't been fully constructed yet. Therefore for now I am not in a position to comment on hostel quality

But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.
I am as of in starting of 3rd year. The internship options are quiet really well. They give you many companies to apply in. .
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in .
