- Lush green campus and beautiful building especially the new sangeneria academic block which is humongous and spacious as well
- Our library is biggest and most well equipped in whole university which includes digital library also
Dislikes
- There is nothing negative or anything that we hate about our college everything is fantastic and college girl every aspect
- Specially when it comes to security our college is best in terms of student accessibility and safe campus
Remarks :
Hindu college is ranked no 1 by nirf and it's truely number 1 It's campus is beautiful as well as productive the faculty is fantastic and opportunities provided here by societies is amazing Every second there is a big event happening Union ministers constantly visit our college
Course Curriculum Overview :
My hindi course is taught by the most experienced and brilliant faculty of university consisting prof rameshwar Rai the oldest proffesor teaching from 1985 And the other faculty members are graduated from our college itself
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for any internship but this does not mean that they were not offered we can get many many sponsorship and internship opportunities in college life itself covering every major MNC and even in ministries
Placement Experience :
Placement is decent and managed by placement cell of college itself Disha the placement cell is a recognised society of our college which manages all the placement related stuff . Specialy commerce students are most benifitted by it.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees is around 26 thousand covering everything but the college has more than 12 scholarships for students some reserved for sc st and obc Some scholarship are even department dedicated and the alumni network also helps
Campus Life :
Its absolute amazing and awful Students are attracted by the hunduites The college is situated at heart of Delhi University and is epicenter of university activities . Our campus is 25 acre big consisting various blocks gardens and two canteens
Hostel Facilities :
There is girls hostel but boys hostel is under construction the new boys hostel will be the biggest in whole University consisting and auditorium of capacity of 800 and it will be inaugurated at the start of 2026 academic year

The internship opportunities are mainly available for the commerce departments and many companies also come to offer internships here. For humanities departments to internships comes mainly from the government ministries such as ministry of culture and home ministry.

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
