- It has large cafeteria to enjoy lunches peacefuly
- The sports complex is very big and open to all the activities
Dislikes
- A strich attendance of 67% has to me mentioned to attend examinations
Remarks :
It is the best collage in DU that you can get from CUET exam that is held every year,to get into this collage you need around 720 marks in cuet out of 800 in which english is mandatory for addmission in DU. rest it is the best collage in DU for science and arts cources and 2 for commerce courses.
Course Curriculum Overview :
It is among the top cources offered in Delhi university and Hindu collage being NIRF#1 was a decent choice for me and For B.Sc. mathematics you have 3 core subjects and 4 optional subjects (SEC,VAC,AEC,GE) of morderate difficulty.
Internships Opportunities :
No I have not opted for any internships currently,but there are many intership opportunities available from major organisations such as hdfc , Deloitte, younity and a lot of other smal organisation to be a part of and gain major insightful experience
Placement Experience :
Placement opportunities are pretty good and readily available for students of 2 and 3 rd year with decent package and working cultures, intership are offered for 1st year students from various brands and organisations such as Deloitte, infosys , google, HDFC and many more.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
A yearly fees of 29500 has to be paid at the start of each year which is increasing a little every year examination fees of 1200 - 2000 depending on your choice of subjects has to be paid separately while registering for semester examinations tuition fees is same for all categories,but there are numerous scholarships to take varying in amounts for food , tuition, stationary and hostel fees.
Campus Life :
It has a very big campus with 2 academic blocks,1 sports complex,2 cafeterias 2 libraries and grey infrastructure. There are a lot of clubs and societies you can be a part of to connect with people and show you creativity. Every department holds it's own annual fest that are pretty enjoyable while the college annual fest Mecca is the biggest annual fest in Delhi university,there are a lot of sport to be a part of too.
Hostel Facilities :
At the moment hostels are Available only for girls as boys hostel is under construction, and the cafeteria is open for long hours with lots of options to chose and get food at affordable prices, PGs are redily available in kamla nagar ,Gtb and vijay nagar areas with great facilities for students to stay

The placement cell is active. Companies like Agile Capital Services, Chegg, and Wipro visit. Eligibility requires 60%+ marks. Highest CTC offered is around 8 LPA and Average package is 4.5 LPA. Around 40-50% students get placed, while science graduates prefer higher studies (M.Sc / B.Ed). My plan is pursuing higher education and managing my student e-portfolio platform.

Placement at PGDAV college are average students who have good communication skills internships and extra certification usually gets better opportunities the placement cell is active and organise placement drives , workshops , resume building session and career building guidance student should not have any active backlog

PLACEMENT FOR BBA ARE AVERAGE WITH COMPANIES OFFERING ROLE IN SALES, MAREKTING, HR AND OPERATION. AVERAGE PACKAGE IS AROUND 3 TO 4 LAKH PER YEAR MANY STUDENTS ALSO PURSUE HIGHER STUDIES LIKE MBA TO IMPROVE THEIR CARRER OPPORTUNITIES.

The placement is good for students of commerce background and even many arts students get placement. But for science students, there are rarely any science background companies hiring as even as an intern. Many science students go for higher studies. So, Rarely science students get placement and if placed then not in company of science background.

Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose my course because I was interested in learning a business environment and management processes. Faculties are very well experienced and professional , and teaching methods are good. Term exams are held every 6 months and difficulty level is not very high .
Doing masters in political science from Daulat Ram college
Placement Experience :
Drc has a decent placement for bachelors students and cell is very active, invites companies like Amazon, Deloitte, ipac , accenture, etc and offers around 6-20 lac. But drc doesn't provide placements for master's students, though there are many external opportunities to grab in . Masters student do apply for internships in political and policy roles and even get placed in political consultancies and awarded with fellowships.
Maitreyi college is so underrated

The placement opportunities are genuine, infact there is a dedicated placement cell in the college, companies like EY, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC too participate in our placement fairs and students have actually got good placements!
