- I love my college campus for its cleanliness, calmness, and overall environment, which makes learning enjoyable. The well-maintained surroundings, green spaces, and pollution-free atmosphere create a peaceful setting for students. College life here is vibrant and filled with opportunities for academic and personal growth. The faculty members are highly supportive, knowledgeable, and always ready to guide us, ensuring a great learning experience. The infrastructure is excellent, with well-equipped classrooms, modern laboratories, a spacious library, and sports facilities that enhance our academic and extracurricular activities. My college provides the perfect balance of education, comfort, and growth, making it a wonderful place to study.
Remarks :
I didn't give any examination for my admission, I told it earlier that here the admission is fully based on your 12th mark. If any student can get 350 above in 12th then he/she easily can admit in that collage. There are a lot of good aspects. First the collage campus is very much neet &clean, every classroom has proper arrangements, benches, fans, light etc. Washrooms are fully clean, canteen is hygienic. The collage has 4th floor so there are a Alevator(lift) for up&down.Especially the biology department , geography department has well established lab&experiment room. The collagr faculties is also good. However I don't think any bad aspects of that collage.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choosed the course because I like banking sector. And it will be best if I get a job in finance sector or I will start a business. Actually I want the knowledge of money, finance, business and so on, for this reason I choose this course. And I'm lucky because the teacher of my subjects is well and good. They teach us very respectfully and carefully. Also that you can get any books of your subject in Chandernnagore Collage Library. The semester exams take place in perfect time and the difficulty level is medium.
Placement Experience :
I think if a student can crack the the course then they can easily get a job. And however I understand what you want to ask, the name of the collage 'Chandernnagore Duplex' is is also work as a plus point in all job sectors in West Bengal.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Let me come from the inception, first we have to fill up the admission fee from online with zero cost. Next the college authority sorted student in accordance with their marks of 12th exam. However my roll number in my class is 4 and I got 456 out of 500 in HS. When I was eligible for admission, then I had to submit my all essential documents and ?1150 for first sem (Bcom 4 years) admission. This charge is Only for the college admission not for tution. Later I had to submit ?950 for registration fees which includes their Union Fees, social function fees etc. The course I have been doing , has 8th semesters and I think it is complete at around ?10000-12000 .
Campus Life :

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
