- Campus is too big and attractive . And we can spend time as much as we want.
- Faculties are awesome and value of money. And the college is newly built so it well maintained.
Dislikes
- As it is feel some time like a school and boring.
- Most of the classes are postponed and no extra classes are held.
Remarks :
If any one want to join this college they have to clear WBJEE exam with a good rank. Their is no interview needed to join this college. I joined this college because of higher studies and for the environment of the college .
Course Curriculum Overview :
The faculties are well taught and their teaching skills are awesome . They taught us like a child . and They ready to slove our problem in any time. The ratio of faculty vs students is 1:13 . They really very helpful.
Internships Opportunities :
The internship program of our college is very active most of the students get internship in TCS , TATA , WIPRO like companies and they also placed by this types of companies . Seniors also help us for internship program.
Placement Experience :
The placement record of our college is not too good but tcs like company visit our college for placement. The average package of our college is around 400000 and most of the students get opportunity for higher studies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In every year we have to pay 12500 for tuition fees, insurance, development fees, college library fees, lab fees , caution fees , registration fee . Every category students have to pay same but for TFW students they only have to pay 9500.
Campus Life :
Our campus is very big and very well maintained. Welcome have a nice ground for outdoor games like football , Cricket. And our college also have some clubs like singing, dancing , writing , quiz e.t.c . And the clubs are very active.
Hostel Facilities :
For first year students we don't have hostel but for 3rd and 4 th year students they have hostel and the hostels are well maintained and very nice. They also provide healthy foods and the hostel have washroom and sufficient water supply.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
