- Very good infrastructure and vast campus and lush greenery
- A good campus Life not much hectic easy for a student aiming for any side hustle
Dislikes
- The one thing I did not like is the food quality in mess
- The other thing I did not like is the outdated curriculum
Remarks :
Many reasons like very less fees and very lush greenery and vast campus are some of the reasons why I choose this college. To get admission in this college i have cleared jee mains with a percentile of 93% and through josaa counselling and generally in my stream computer science students over 90 percentile are selected here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Talking about course curriculum i think some part of it is outdated and it need to be updated. I choose this course and stream of computer science assignment it is the only best option in this current times to get a decent amount of money and a good job, semester exam difficulty level are moderate and it is held every 6 months and minor exams every 45 days .
Internships Opportunities :
The college itself provides you with the summer internship of fourteen days making you study more in detail about your course and skills. And college also supports students who are going for offline intership or industrial training. After the completion of this semester our batch will also be going to do this
Placement Experience :
There are a decent placement and job opportunity here the only thing required is good skills, I the students is done enough with his skills and study, there is nothing to worry about campus placements as the college also have a strong alumni network. Highest package till date is 33 Lpa and average package ranges from 4-5 Lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
A sum total of 74000 rupees is to be submitted by every Student of general and OBC category if not got any scholarship. While on the other hand Sc and st students have to give a lesser amount. Almost 4 lakh rupees is there for all four years combined. Many scholarship options are present here like foundation for excellence, reliance, nsp scholarship and many more.
Campus Life :
Campus Life is more than good here, everything you need to stay calm and composed is here and with a such vast campus area you are provided with every gaming facilities too. Two fest are held in a year one technical and a cultural fest madhuram.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel life is also very good here as it the good option here as the college is here in remote area away from city so living in pg is not a good idea, talking about hostel 3 students live together and good hostel infrastructure are provided. The only thing bad is the mess facilities

Honest Review of LPU B.TECH CSE:QUALIFIED FACULTY BUT RIGID PLACEMENT RULES
Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

Placement Experience :
The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

Placement Experience :
As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

Overall Placement rate is about 60 to 70 percent for every branches . Recruiters provided descent opportunites to the students. Above 7 CGPA students get eligible. Some recruiter are Infosys, TCS, wipro, Siemens etc

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
