- The campus is not that much big as compared to other engineering colleges.
Remarks :
We have to give wb jee exam or iem jee and secure a good marks to take admission in this college and there are various streams available in our college and according to our marks we can take admission in different courses.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our college has different courses in different semesters and the subjects which are present in our curriculum it is upto the mark and teachers are very cooperative and helpful to every students and they are very friendly in nature.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not attended any internship till now from my college but our college provides very good exposure and experience to the students in ordwr to get any internships and this helps the students to enter the it industry.
Placement Experience :
There are many companies that comes to our college for campus interviews and mostly are from it industries and they provide a really good package to the freshers and help the freshers to enter the it market.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
We have to pay 75000 per semester and there are various scholarships available in our college and there is no such other extra fees required through out the year. And we just have to pay 1200 before every semester for exam.
Campus Life :
There are many clubs present in our clubs and mostly in very clubs in our college is very active and through out the year there are many cultural , food, technical festivals happens in our college which is really good.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facilities are quite good and the rooms available in the hostel are of good quality and the hostel food quality is also of good quality and there are many games available in our hostel and the overall everything is fine.

Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
