- Library (Nava Nalanda central library). Named as one of the biggest libraries with a very helpful books storage
- Cos. The area serves like a mini market providing every essential inside the college for Students itself
Dislikes
- Intime about the college. Their is a intime to college of 8Pm and intime for hostel as 8.30pm.
- Number of students that the college is admitting every year is increasing at a high rate that is leading to decrease of percentage in placements
Remarks :
Good studies and scope for future. Really nice growth for every student and provides very nice facilities available at the campus. The future security and career guidance at every step that a student needs at every step of their growing life.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Computer science is evolving everyday in today's youth. The era is evolving in technology and it provides a lot more opportunities for career than any other branch from my perspective. The learnings and evolving with the era is important part of today's life
Internships Opportunities :
Opted for summer internship in 2024 as a software student at a telecommunication company. It was indeed. Learning experience and had a lot of good knowledge. Internship gave me stipend of 10000 but a experience that is costless.
Placement Experience :
As far my knowledge they try to get every student placed from their end. And many companies like amazon,google also visit the campus for recruitment. The avg package i would say is 14L. Students get placed upto 80% .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition Fees: ?300000 per semester. Hostel Fees: ?100000 per semester. Total Estimated Cost: Approximately ?240000 for the entire program. Scholarship programs are there based on the students jee score and family's yearly income and also many other criteria's
Campus Life :
There are many clubs that students can join according to their interest. Equality is preffered everywhere. The fests are arranged for students fun and also hackathons and games for student's developement in their fields of interest
Hostel Facilities :
Hotels are nicely equiped with the tables, beds and chairs . They take care of every student's meal and needs. room rent near costs 58000-70000 and the mess fee for a semester is 20000-27000 per semester.

Placement Experience :
To apply for placements in LPU you need to have 6+cgpa mostly. there no company as i know that went without recruiting any student. the highest was on campus was 51.03lakhs Microsoft and average was 5-6 lakhs. the students around 85 %will be placed .my plan was to do a decent job in any MNC.
Life at cgc landran.
Placement Experience :
Placement at CGC landran is decent around 70 to 80% student got placed based on your skills. The eligibility criteria usually includes minimum 60% marks with no active backlogs. Top recruiter companies includes TCS, Wipro, Infosys and Capgemini. The average package is around 3-4 lpa while highest package can go up to 10 to 12 lpa. Multiple offers are made every year across different domain.

I haven't done any intenship yet but Yes, internships are available at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali. Companies include TCS, Infosys, startups. Roles: Web Dev, QA, Data Analyst. Stipend ?5k–15k. Tasks include coding, testing, and project work.

The eligibility for placement is no backlog or reappear and CGPA IS above is 6 and fresher they get placement for 6thsem based on the skills and knowledge of the student and they provide a salary of 3 to 12 lakhs per/ year and recently SPICEJET company give around 8 lakhs CTC for 5 to 8 students and my plans after competing the degree is to do higher education in design modeling.

As the course is designed for pharmaceutical industry so the companies like mankind, sunpharma, macloid, overseas etc. Are top recruiters. The average package is 3-3.5 lakh per annum and highest goes upto 4lpa. As after masters most of the students goes for higher studies and teaching so the placement rate is low.

College doesn't keep any eligibility criteria for placement it depends on the company which came for recruitment and yea if you had scored around 8+ cgpa you are eligible for every company Regularly company which come for recruiting students are infosys,tcs ,jsw , cognizant, Capgemini,L&T,tata steel etc Average package is 4LPA and highest package is around 55 LPA Around 75-80 percent students get placed in the college Some of the branches like instrumentation and control engineering and mechanical engineering have around 98-100% placement in the previous year

Since the college comes under an institution it opens the gate for various company and even those which just require a graduation degree instead of a specific field. Cadila Lupin etc visits every year. Good 60 to 70 students gets placed.

The placement are good but there are a lot of criterias for the placement and the college faculties force us to take the placement in the development roles to show that the college has 100% placement.There are less companies for the consultancy or data based jobs. The college doesn't provide any on campus intership. They provide intership in the college Startups and they pay very very less and they exploit the interns as lot. I got only 500 rupees for doing 1 month internship and working 6 hours a week.
