- Discipline and classroom good , they have good classroom and clean well and have basketball court for playing
- Well position in west bengal and it is in college more which is very popular and connected easyly

- Timing what we dislikes most of us .. we need to change for our relief
- Behaviour of the faculty and some strict action

My parents and senior suggest me. And i also reaserch on this .. in Google and other site . I also came to college and collect information and then i decided. My family also collected the information
Course Curriculum Overview :
I think i will give 5/10 because not full support. Faulty not support everyone. And they only go through about their syllebus. And they only take test not give us enough time to revision and preparation
Internships Opportunities :
There are internship but some times we not able to connect coz faculty not help us .. they only share the link .. after we some got they took advantage and name .. but some company help us to join for internship
Placement Experience :
75% result and good in english communication. They need good looking and also in college they try to help but they not help everyone.. they only help some particularly students who connected with them
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per year 65000 fees but inside we all paid extra 10000 for Xerox and projects , we have to travel which cost almost per day 50 and food 50 . Around 100 per day. College canteen not provided food for students.
Campus Life :
There are no social life. Only study .. there are very low sports and others activities. They only have study.. thare are busket ball ground but some times its happening. No other activities in this campus
Hostel Facilities :
Directly connected with owner for hostel . They talk to us directly and we fix the price what they can give . We try to low budget but ok .. hostel is good and placed near my college but too expensive for some people like us

Placements are not being offered from our college solely. But internship is being offered in the last 6 months mandatory for the completion of the four year course. The placement thing is solely on you like how capable are you to get into one hospital. But this college has nothing to do with it.

One should not be have any backlogs to sit for campus placements and should keep a decent GPA as many companies puts a cut off GPA. Placements are very decent and almost 70 percentage gets placed many of the others gets into higher studies

Student should not have any Backlog and Minimum 60% throughout academics , those who qualify this criteria they can be part of placement drive. Cognizant - 12 , TCS - 4, Bavistech - 8, Utah Tech Labs - 15. Highest - 9 LPA , Average - 3.5 LPA Around 30% student got placed. I got placed and after getting degree i will join that compnay.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.

Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role.
