- FIT has modern infrastructure with large campus. There is separate academic block for every academic year. Total five floors are there in this college. Library and seminar hall is on the second floor. Separate administrative office and placement cell for your support and concern. Separate rooms for group study and we'll decorated area for making for communication skill at the next level. You will get everything in terms of infrastructure.
- FIT has a large campus which an engineering college should have. All facilities are provided in the campus. Separate cricket group, volleyball group, tennis court and indoor games are there for your entertainment and make you relax. It has large canteen and cafeteria for good food and beverage. Security guards are there for your safety. Campus Life will be your lifetime memory in FIT.
Dislikes
- As such not much point for dislike but obviously campus should be more spacious, they can provide proper hostel for the students inside the campus. They should convince more companies for the placement drive during the campus placement season. That's all my point of improvement for Future Institute of Technology.
Remarks :
See if I talk about the overall performance of FIT is truly awesome. An engineering college should be good in a couple of aspects, placement and guidance. FIT is the one-stop solution for this. This college is in a good location, travelling is very good, all the facilities and students are very much supportive. They worked hard for students to grow their soft skills via Group Discussions, Mock interviews, and other stuff. The total semester fees are also very low compared to other colleges. So overall it’s a nice place. That's the reason that makes me convinced to be admitted to the Future Institute of Technology, Kolkata.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Almost every course provided by FIT, like Computer Science Engineering, ECE, ME, CE, Cyber Security, IOT, etc. A total of 8 semesters are there and for every semester there are a total of 4 internal exams to make your final exam ready. All the facilities in our college have almost 20+ years' experience in their field. They all have expertise in their field, very supportive, and collaborative. They will teach you and train you in almost every way possible and will make sure you get in-depth knowledge in your academics.
Internships Opportunities :
So many companies and small startups come for 3-6 months of hands-on experience or internship like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, cognizant and startups like IntralIT, Arc Documents Solution, Kilzo solutions, virtual, etc for various roles like Software development engineer trainee, Frontend and Backed developer, etc.
Placement Experience :
Placement is the most important thing in an engineering college and FIT will provide all possible support for placement. Almost all the Services MNCs, product-based companies, and startups come to the campus to conduct hiring drives for final-year students. Some companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon, Mind tree, IntralIT, HCL, NewT Global, and many more companies come every year to our college. The average placement package of our college is 5lpa and the highest placement package is 20lpa. Taking about placement FIT can be a dream place for you.
Campus Life :
The college doesn't provide any hostel support but in the college area, there are lots of very good messes of two sharing and three sharing. Rent is almost 6500rs with 3 times food. So it's an affordable deal for every student. Or you can take only a room for 3000rs and take food from hotels. The mess will ensure your security at all times. You will not face any problems with staying there.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure

Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
