- This college is very future friendly , it makes you full ready for job life. Here , we get regular classes. Sometimes new subject gets to add in course curriculum according to batch's need.
- As I already said about faculties, it's really captivating and thrilling experience to get to meet different types of faculties from different places for not only classes but also for different workshops every month.
Dislikes
- Centralised AC classroom which some times leads to very bad condition for students. Admission department is very poor regarding fee pay process, time of giving any notice prior everyday class.
- Giving Attendance technique, is very confusing. We get tons of assignments every week for every subjects within a deadline which is obviously difficult to handle as this ends up having sleepless nights most of the days and mental pressure but overall it's good and affordable in City like kolkata.
Remarks :
Firstly, I have always been passionate for art too despite loving and doing music religiously. After completing 12 grade , I went mad like what college to take, what course to choose as I was total confused. Suddenly, fortunately there comes news to me about Ecole Intuit lab, kolkata in collaboration with a Techno India University. So , I just trusted myself and went for a college review being physically present and everything happened. Firstly, the environment is very different from other colleges I must say , teachers are very much friendly, they give admission to certain amount of students only as they believe the amount of students they will give admission each and everyone will be placed through theirs and our talents. They believe, each and everyone should communicate with each other and help each other , so a small amount of selective students will be chosen through online or offline entrance test and then an interview with international faculty , this is the admission proce
Course Curriculum Overview :
Now , the course I took it's Bachelors in design Visual communication and digital design. Basically it's all about graphic design, but this includes a lot like never ending . 1st year it's foundation course where you need to learn design nd do it physically with drawing paper , colour full artist vibes. After completing that from 2nd year you can choose any one field of design from four options which will divide the students accordingly. Here, the faculties are quite good , well educated in whatever there field is in design area. But , they try to focus more on YouTube and also asked us to do so, which actually offend us after giving 1000000 for 4 years in Kolkata behind a unique and risk taking subject. There is no such scholarships available according to what you choose in this college. Fee structure, it's 2.5 lakhs per year .
Internships Opportunities :
Not yet , as it's optional and it's everyday learning. There two internships are available from 2nd year . In second year it's about two month and 3rd year it's about 6 months and fourth year it's all on you. Which can be within India or outside India too.
Placement Experience :
Placement eligibility criteria is more or less open to all. anybody , literally anybody can join . After completing this course or while doing this course apart from college placement you can also go for freelancing which gives you full freedom to work according to your time and sake.
Campus Life :
Unfortunately, it's not that college campus as it should look like, this gives fully office vibes . Coming to college from 9-5 pm . Sometimes this feels pathetic too , but overall definitely this college is a good option in Kolkata if anyone is interested. It has no such special clubs , or social life , very rare. I stay in pg as there is no hostel for Techno India University. Here my pg is full veg unfortunately but other facilities is very good.

Faculties are well qualified but there is lack of experience teacher as most of the teacher are from local area and the college does not try to bring talent across different region of India. Also college does not have standard process of selection.
My experience at Shri Shikshayatan College
Placement Experience :
We have campus placements in our college. Some of the most famous companies which visit every year is TCS and Cognizant. The salary is very average around 1.5-2 LPA for freshers. You have to maintain a very decent profile with 0 active backlogs to get a job directly via our college placement. There are around 50-100 students who get places every year from our batch via campus placement.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose bcom hons because i was a commerce student in school. The course is well taught in our college. The syllabus is same for all the calcutta university students. The faculty is knowledgeable and well trained. All the teachers are friendly and teach us thoroughly. The classes are held regularly and on time. We had exams every 6 months. Let’s say 1st semester exam will be held after 4-5 months of joining. We had to give internal exams of 20 marks after 4 months of classes which was followed by external examination of 80 marks (nearly 1 month after that). The difficulty level is somewhere around 9/10 for other subjects and 10/10 for accounting and Tax.
Affordable Government Pharmacy Education with Strong Academics but Limited Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements at the Institute of Pharmacy Jalpaiguri are not good because their is no in campus placement. Most students pursue higher studies or find jobs off-campus.The average package ranges from ?2–3 LPA, while the highest package can go up to around ?4–5 LPA depending on the company and role. Many students prefer higher studies such as M.Pharm, MBA, or preparation for competitive exams to improve career prospects. After completing my degree, I plan to either pursue higher studies or gain industry experience to build a strong career in the pharmaceutical sector.
My honest opinion on P. G. INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES
Placement Experience :
The placement and internship cell of the college was really bad though. They did give us internship in different hospitals which were unpaid and the offered jobs were for experienced people, not for inexperienced or freshers. Only this side of the college was lacking. Otherwise, good. I had an job opportunity from this college which offered me 10000 a month.
ACADEMY OF TECHNOLOGY REVIEW
Placement Experience :
There is a good opportunity of placements in AOT as it is a very renowned college for a long time. The previous years placement are ~200%, ~150%, ~90% and for this year too it will be good. The college prepares the students properly for placements through trainings.
Jalpaiguri Institute of technology good collage but fees are high

For computer science student theyare not providing any type of placement in campus but in other department student have any placement opportunity in our collage in every year visit from TCS, APPLO, and many big and small companies

Xavier law school is still in its nascent stage and hence due to this reason only two batches have graduated as of now. the highest package was not that good, and it was average rather and all the students were also not placed. many opted for litigation and higher study.

Placement Experience :
College don't provides any placement. But this college is little bit famous of our locality areas. If you need job the degree from this college will be valuable. This a downside of our college. I don't think we will face problem for the college degree.
